Breakfast was excellent, as was lunch and dinner. When travelling, the reception staff and staff in general are what makes or breaks the hospitality experience. We were thrilled with the staff, there was nothing too hard for them to arrange and they did it with graciousness. We would certainly recommend this hotel to our friends. The cooks and waiters must be happy people because the food was delicious, well presented and nourishing. Another high point for both of us was the comfort of the beds and pillows. We wanted to take them home with us! Thank you Sarovar Portico Naraina!

Location was good, not too far from airport. We had an early checkout , well before breakfast time, but on request, we were served a pot of coffee and a packed breakfast of fruit, fruit juice, sandwiches, cakes and cookies at 6am! This was certainly appreciated. Great staff, thank you so much.

The hotel is modern, clean, the staff is friendly and very professional. The food is excellent, the room service is fast and of high quality, the location of the hotel is excellent. The hotel is located in a quiet part of the city, the airport is close, the diplomatic quarter is also close... All employees tried to make me feel like a very welcome guest.

The rooms are clean and rather quiet despite of the central location near the street and metro station. Rajouri garden market is just a few minutes' drive away. The staff is very helpful, particularly the general manager. Would come again any time.

Bed was very small. Room was also small in that sense. Not enough space to move around. I had small child age of 3.5yrs. Me and my husband with my child, bed was too small. Had tough time sleeping. I had booked room a month ago, describing number of guest on stay. I expected a better bed size as 3 people has to accommodate. They said that they didn't have any other rooms as they are booked. I was ready a pay extra for a bigger bed if option was provided.

It was extremely amazing experience food was good the hospitality was something which is like the most. The way all the staff took care of us was out of the way other could do. Specially front desk staff was so impressive and always ready to take opportunity to delight their guest.

Hotel Sarovar Portico Naraina is a perfect place to stay in New Delhi. It is close to the center and the airport. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful especially Sumit & Ravindra in front office. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns.
