Location was good, easy accessibility to Sector 13 metro, isckon temple Vegas mall... Which all are in walkable distance, food was of acceptable taste, each portion size adequate for 2 people mostly, price was reasonable. Have not have the breakfast, so can't comment. Rooms were OK with all basic amenities. Room no 102,103,202,203,302,303 have city side and metro view.

Rooms of one side is totally blocked on all sides and smaller than shown in pictures. However, on request next day they shifted to metro view room.

The hospitality was great, even though I arrived at an odd hour, but they managed to accommodate me in the room. There are a few issues in the room; once it is reported, those are immediately addressed. Also, I like the food very much.

The room size is a bit small. We appreciate if it is a little bit bigger. Also, the lift is not working for the ground floor. The bathroom shower was not working properly, but they solved it.

Hotel entrance is from the side of HDFC bank, first I little confuse then somebody came and said this way at 1st floor the reception is. Reception staff was nice, offered a room with balcony when requested. Thanks to the manager there. Room was nice and clean, offered dental kit, shaving kit, shampoo, hair oil etc. Food was also nice.

No mini fridge in room

Good for business travelers, nice property and the staff is also very helpful. They serve morning breakfast at the basement in hall with some limited item like paratha, sabji, curd, Sandwich breads, tea/coffee etc

Suggestion Should increase some items in breakfast like Juice, Fruits, Conflex etc

Nice hotel, Super Deluxe Rooms are big in size and have sitting arrangements too.... Staffs are good

Tea should be served in well manner and offer amenities along with it i.e tea saucer, spoon, sugar sachet and some cookies because its look over priced compared to what they served. Rest everything was fine and I liked my stay very well.

They have two kind of rooms Deluxe and Super Deluxe Deluxe one is a standard room and Super Deluxe are bigger in size and have sofa as well. Overall the stay was good and the breakfast was fine.

Ground floor button of lift was not working - may b due to some security reason they said as there reception on first floor.

The property is old however it’s nice and the manager Apoorv is very helpful for everything to make us feel like home here…

Suggestions- Mini fridge in room Strong working wifi Telecom should b proper however Mr. Apoorv give us their number to make comfortable

One of the finest stays I've had in Dwarka. The rooms were tidy and spacious, and the staff was polite throughout. Apoorv, the manager, ensured everything was perfect during our visit. The complimentary breakfast was also fresh and satisfying.

The rooms are very comfortable, I booked for Deluxe but they upgraded my room to the next Category which was a cool offer for me - the the room it’s so amazing which have balcony at front facing. The manager of the hotel is very helpful and polite too. Will come back soon.

Hotel reception staff are good in nature and helpful. Rooms are good in size, well maintained. Good for friends and family, malls are nearby. Hotel is located in Dwarka Sec 13 opposite to Radisson Hotel.

Suggestion - Should provide mini fridge in rooms also.
