The room was beautifully designed, clean, and spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. I loved the little details, like the soft lighting and fresh linens

Cleaning need to be addressed. As per the website balcony was mentioned, but I got the room without balcony.

Staffs were polite.

Room was not cleaned. Floors were dusty. Bathroom ceiling was leaking. Their description here said we could pay when we reach there but they told us since we hadn't paid in advance, our booking was not valid and all the rooms were full. We were told to pay double the price we booked in. In addition we were told to pay 600 extra per person because we were international visitors and they had to fill out some form while we didnt have to pay anything the next day at next hotel we stayed. At the end we got an extra room which was not cleaned for may be weeks. Not worth the money we paid for.
