We came to India to attend Prem Rawat's event at Delhi. Had a fantastic stay at Udman, thanks to the outstanding service from Sonu and Mr. Pramod. Sonu was always attentive and prompt, while Mr. Joshi went above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience. Their hospitality made all the difference! The hotel is beautiful, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

very comfortable and pleasant. staff was very courteous and professional. even the parking guys and doorman were very sweet and helpful.

Running hot water should be better and warmer. I was uncomfortable n cold, while taking a shower. There should be better parking services. Visitors should not be made to park in an open field next door. Food quality was average.

water pressure in the bathroom, the glass door or of the bathroom was difficult to open, confused staff,

location, close to a wedding we had to attend. breakfast was good, but there was no consistency. one morning there was a buffet and the next morning there was only aka carte and i did not have time to have breakfast.

the reception staff was incompetent and unkempt. check-in took too long and they got it wrong. our room was not ready. the public areas looked messy.

Just the cleanliness of the room. Nothing else was good.

The staff was not good. Took a lot of time to do anything. It took nearly 30 min for them to deliver just a bottle of water. The AC did not work properly and was very noisy. In short everything was utterly bad
