Mr.Manu the Guest Relationship Manager did an outstanding job of arranging a special candle lit dinner for us...I have to mention Shivam a very enterprising and omnipresent Boy extremely helpful and good natured...I would recommend this place for the Food and good sized rooms.

Well this is a hard one but I would say what it lacks in view it makes up in e excellent staff and great food

It was an excellent stay at the summer house. We were there in July 3rd week. The service, food, behaviour of staff and property was really good. Check in and check out was very smooth. During rain, the fog covered the whole hotel and it was an awesome experience. The view from rooftop gallery was awesome. It was overall excellent stay.

The staff is very polite. They really made our stay very comfortable and gave me a free upgrade to the suite room. The place has very good positive vibes and also the best view of Satpura Ranges. The Roof Top Restaurant is so good with the view of Hills and you can enjoy sunset sitting right there.. Food is also very good here. I loved the place a lot..clouds sometimes just come to welcome you in the hotel space.

The cushion covers were not clean. They can use some fragrance for the rooms because of rains there might be a little smell in the rooms.

The food, the people, their behaviour, very polite and warm. Especially Ms. Elizabeth, their house keeping executive is beyond any mention. She made our stay heavenly. Overall the place is good for food, well curated rooms, staff behaviour and attitude also well located in Panchmarhi.

Non availability of refrigerator in the rooms.

Staff- specially the ones in the restaurant were superb. They served food with love and care. They even prepared special food without onion and garlic for my dad and mom. Very warm staff. The rooms are very clean and spacious. AC works very well. The hotel has a good well maintained green garden, pool area and games.

The location is off market , but at the same time the view from balcony is awesome . .Location is a bit troublesome as it is 1 km away from city center , so you need your private vehicle to wander near at night. I recommend them to make check in time at about 11 am to 12

The service, food and amenities were all great. The food was especially delicious. They also had complimentary TT and Cycles available. Though the cycles could be more well maintained. The pool was also nice. They also helped us with our itinerary.

Balcony view is good. Ambience is positive. Service and restaurant food is amazing.

Floor was sticky when we entered. Toilets can be kept more clean. Bicycles didn't work properly.

Disappointed that it's not being advertised as pet friendly as we would have loved to bring our pet along.Once we reached the hotel we came to know it's pet friendly however on booking.com it clearly mentions no pets allowed.
