Amazing location. They even set up bonfire with som good Kashmiri kehwa for an additional cost of 500. Excellent ambience and we got the required coziness and friendly staff and good breakfast Food sunset view along the riverside and we were lucky imenought to experience snowfall. We booked a river view room so we could enjoy the view from the big window while being cozy inside

Staff expect tip which is common everywhere in Kashmir so that’s okay. There was some electricity issue due which we couldn’t switch on the heater for a while and the current turned off early in the morning as well. But they have generators and did the necessary requirements. Chicken in dinner wasn’t good and mom got food poisoned. Not many options for food

The staff at the resort was remarkably caring and helpful, particularly Ayaz, Irshad, and Bilal, who displayed a high level of professionalism while also being warm and affectionate. The food prepared by them was exceptionally fresh and reminiscent of homemade meals. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable, and we even made some wonderful friends along the way. The location itself is awe-inspiring, with the resort nestled amidst the breathtaking beauty of Pahalgam. Surrounded by majestic mountains, soothing rivers, and sprawling pine trees, one can indulge in the splendorous views that seem to stretch endlessly.

Not much that I can say.

It is a very cosy place, it felt like a homestay. The location is superb, you enjoy the sound of the river while sipping khawa. The staff are super friendly and ready to help you with everything. They cooked some real yummy dishes. Try the kashmiri pulao and firni for sure.

I hope the power situation gets better, too many power cuts, though they have an inverter and a generator.

It was like living in a wooden chalet in the midst of Swiss alps! Pure beauty and pristine air! It was the best experience I could have ever asked for. It’s surrounded by snow and the river is flowing at the doorstep. The staff makes you feel at home just like family members. They made us feel special by arranging a candle light dinner after a long day. We also made a snowman in the backyard. It was too early for our checkout but the staff still arranged for breakfast and tea. I will recommend this hotel to everyone whether family or friends. Special thanks to the below mentioned people. Nothing at all

The resort is in an excellent location close to the river. The staff at reception were very helpful and accommodating.the rooms were spacious and comfortable.food was very tasty having a lot of varieties. We highly recommend this resort and we'll certainly be seeking to stay here if we ever are going to pahalgam again

Remembered stay....

The place is beautiful and the view is to die for. It is next to the Liddle river and the place has all facilities. They even have a very prompt staff which makes great food and gives quick service too. Ask for Aijaz on the counter, he arranges everything for the guests throughout their stay. For anything related to food, Irshad and Bilal customise it also. We were lucky that they customised our food and even made baby-friendly food. Must visit place, especially in the summers, but the view is superb all year round.

The food was home cooked, neat and clean and was taken care of the spices. The staff was really good and cooperative. They took care of my elderly parents really well.

The property is situated right on the banks of the river, with splendid views from the rooms as well. The rooms are good and the helpful staff behavior stands out. Manager Ajaz was very helpful, arranging local cabs for sightseeing. Waiter Bilal was extremely courteous and helpful and Chef Irshad cooked tasty homely meals. Would definitely recommend the place.

Laid back staffs. Lack Professionalism (ex: Checkin process, Billing Process, Checkout and final billing and settlement using phone pay or UPI for India.) Light Cuts are quite frequent in this area. Every 2 hrs.

Great property, riverside so you can click a lot of photos, also the people are very nice, they are there for us 24/7.

Central heating could be nice, in winter temp touch -10, although bed warmer is there which is nice.
