The location is spectacular. So is the house. Our stay was made memorable by the scenery, weather, location next to a tea estate and most importantly, by Maninder and the rest of the staff. Our stay coincided with Holi. The celebrations in the town, make for colourful memories.

There's nothing to dislike here. But a few things to be aware of. The rooms we stayed in were on the first and second floors. The stairs are quite steep. So if u have an elderly person like we did, it might get a bit challenging. The rooms are small and just about right, for 2 people. The rooms are warm, comfortable and nicely done up.

One of the best properties in palampur for a reason.Located in the posh residential area. They have villa type rooms with a common lounge space for 2-3 rooms. Open space was also great with a clear view of mountains and tea estate both at a time. The butler assigned was hands on superb, went way outside the box for his duties assigned. Loved the stay and would love to visit again.

A bit on the side of city, so finding an option to commute at doorstep was a trouble as we took a drop off can to the property. However, available at a short walk of 500m. Also the rooms are quite small, if not for the common area, the stay would have become very congested.

Everything about the property is top rated from the location, villas, view of the mountains and tea garden and the staff. The staff conduct is highly professional and they are very courteous. Our villa butler Mr. Gulshan was very professional and courteous. He was answering all our queries about the local cuisines and cultures with a smile. Thanks to Ms. Sapna for curating our daily activities in Palampur. I highly recommend this property to family groups.

Loved the location & the property was beautiful. The property is situated on the bangs of Tea Garden. Very comfortable, great food, great views & a very well maintained property. Property has a location advantage considering its right in a tea estate and overlooking Dhauladhar ranges. The staff, ambiance, scenery and overall everything about the hotel was great. Our personal caretaker provided us with everything needed. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone and I will visit again in the future. It was our first visit to Palampur. Property were situated in the middle of Tea Gardens. Staff & Our private Butler was very cooperative and precisely understood all our requirements,be it making arrangements for our travel with deciding places.
