Near from Bus Stand & Railway Station..... Cooperative Staff

location, just opposite the Railway station, so was convenient even to catch a train at 3:00 midnight with family without waiting for a cab or auto.

Towels and accessories were not upto mark .

The room was quite nice, I suppose.

The staff were quite rude, the language barrier was a problem, but they found it hilarious. The room was too bright from the lights outside and had quite a lot of ants in it.

The way it is explained on app about room and the actual what we got was completely different, so we have to take another room which was costly and above our budget. breakfast also not included. overall not good experience. would suggest never to book hotel with app like booking or any other.

Nothing to say Good and Liking. At that time, I won't get any option around so compromised the situation and stayed at the hotel. The hotel Staff has no Concern About the Customer's need for at least basic requirements. PATHETIC.

Complete Tour was spoiled, Unhygienic Rooms, Surrounding. The staff is Unprofessional, Even Carries GUTAKA all the time in their Mouth. Reception people are not Cooperative. Staff is always Busy on MobilePhone for listening to Movie Songs at almost full volume, we could find peaceful rest at the hotel. Rooms were not cleaned, and it won't even ready to listen to the customer's concerns. The bathroom's Windows are open (when we complain then the staff says that, there is no one in another room so no need to worry).

Pathetic hospitality. No cafeteria. Forcing checked in guests to do early check out. No manners how to talk...very rude.
