The location . Not too far from Geyzing main town . It’s maybe just 15 min max drive to the main town . Well spread out . Amazing indoor games like table tennis . Lawn was well maintained. Food was awesome especially chicken biryani . Staff were very courteous and helpful . Arrangement for taxi isn’t a problem at all . The hotel staff made sure I could travel comfortably by making arrangements for a local taxi .

The road to the hotel is ruined by the land slide and a difficult few minutes drive . Also the expense on the food is on a higher side.

Location , and very beautiful place. The staff was totally cordial and warm.

Toilets need to be worked out ! Exhaust fan is a must ! The dispensers were not working properly.

All good … food is on the expensive side … 200 bucks for a plate of steam rice & 320 bucks for a portion of Dal is frightfully expensive

Amazing views of kanchenjunga

They charged my credit card 4 times the value of total booking and on asking they said its a technical glitch. Now I have to chase them to get my money back.

View is good. Staff are very good .

Road is terrible and nobody will inform that . It's not value for the money. If you spend 4000 per day for stay only then upper pelling hotels are the better.. In bathroom running water is not available in our stay .

Good Food, nice view from rooms, big rooms, basics available. Courteous staff.

Road is under construction. So hope to get it done for visitor's convenience.

Since occupancy is not much therefore there are so many lacuna in day to day management at the resort,

Facility was neat and clean. Food was awesome. More importantly staff was very friendly and accommodative. Its value for money. Staff Aashika Rai, Anup Rai, Anajana did their best to make our stay comfortable and memorable.

Hotel should have night stay facility for for accompanying drivers.
