We liked the location. It’s in the middle of the city and easy to get transport. Easy access to the shops nearby. Convenient for the family and friends to visit and for us to visit them. The staff acted straight away to our requests and were very polite.

We would have preferred a bigger room with more space, due to the amount of luggage we had. The hotel is good but can be great by paying extra attention to cleanliness, for example dust under the furniture, deep cleaning of bathroom around the nooks and crannies, cleaning fan etc

The Hotel is in a great location, very friendly staff. Its clean and access to food is easy, couldn't ask for any more - I would return. There's a "supermarket" downstairs which is convenient for snacks and essentials.

Aside from the dogs barking at night which is not the hotels fault, the lift could be a bit bigger it's quite a squeeze to get any more then 2 people in.

The room and bathroom was nice, with good facilities such as a fridge, kettle, good WiFi and a sofa in one of our two rooms. Very accomodating staff, providing food even at 1 am. It is in a good location in the centre of town with attractions nearby.

The hotel was almost perfect. The reception was upstairs which isn't really a negative but just an observation (they have a lift).

Breakfast was very good. Staff very helpful. Shower in the room was very good. Place was very clean and good value for money.

room was a bit too dark. Could do with some brighter lights and also individual reading lights
