Receptionist is a good girl.

Room cleaners are lazy and dirt boys. They did not want to replace a washed sheet and cover in the beginning. It is disgusting.

The room was spacious, and the bathroom was clean. The property has lift. We were provided with a back-facing room, and due to the lack of sunlight, the room was cold. A room heater was needed at night.

The room should have a small table for luggage and should come with a complimentary air heater during the winter months. The rooms were expensive due to the festival season. The booking now shows as canceled in my account.

1.Reception area. There should be a lounge. There was no lounge, so if you have a guest whom you do not wish to invite to your room, there is no place to sit. 2. The approach is not easy to locate as it is behind the main market showrooms.

Breakfast on day one was good. Second day breakfast was so salty I didn't eat. Location is extremely good, everything is closeby.

Room was bit tight for two people. The window does not give us privacy nor personal space. There is no railing next to the room near the steps and it's very dangerous.

We are travelling with family specially for kids. All the kids are enjoying stay due to comfortable rooms , room service & 😋 food . We are travelling with new car & here in-house parking is available so it’s made my day because most of the hotel in Prayagraj not offering in-house parking. Overall experience is good thanks receptionist Anup for smooth check-inn & check-out.

Excellent location in the heart of city, very easy walking distance access to the main railway station, shopping areas, and restaurants. Quite good distance to take holy bath at the Sangam

This hotel is best for family stay. We family firstly booked some other hotel & when we reached at hotel when we reached hotel found no parking no lift etc then we booked Roomquet comfort inn & here me & my family are happy stay here reception to room & service to service staff all are good. In-house parking also available.

Breakfast and food service is the best here . Went to lot of hotels in my journey in India but hotel Comfort inn is the best among all in terms of hospitality, food , staff behavior and budget friendly . I'll recommend everyone to visit here once if they are planning to come to Prayagraj. Hotel is very well maintained .
