Dera Masuda gets 5 stars from me! I came here managing 16 person company retreat and it was nothing short of amazing. The resort itself is beautiful and every room has a beautiful view! The lobby area has multiple nooks to hang out and it really sets a mood of relaxation. Food is just as amazing! My group had a lot of fun since the location of this property is so close to so many options. I cannot say enough good things about staff, they helped me with activities. It is not everywhere you get this type of help and it is something I truly appreciate and need to express when I see it. I will definitely want to come back with family next time! I've stayed at Dera Masuda hotel several times. it's top notch. The rooms are large, very nice, with great views from the rooms. Bedding is also excellent. One of the many incredible things about a stay at Dera Masuda no matter what season you are guaranteed to have a fantastic stay! Our room offered spectacular views of the pool. The staff is notably friendly, responsive and attentive! Ultimate relaxation! As always our stay was an A++!

Excellent place to visit Great experience at the resort! Our first encounter was with the front desk staff who made our day after a longer than expected journey. We were given a room with beautiful scenery and I could even catch the beautiful sunrise from the balcony. We enjoyed the breakfast spread in the restaurant. Overall, it has been a wonderful experience and I would like to thank everyone in Dera Masuda for the warm hospitality and wonderful service.

This place is amazing for a getaway! I stayed here recently and it was fantastic. First, the pool was like paradise. The water was super clear, there were lots of comfy chairs, and it was so relaxing. The location is perfect. It's right in the middle of everything – restaurants, shops, and fun stuff to do. It's so convenient. And the staff were really nice. They made sure I had everything I needed and were always friendly. I can't wait to go back!

Dera Masuda exceeded my expectations, from the restaurant within the hotel and friendly staff to the amazing pool (must visit the pool in the evening as well, spectacular). Breakfast was not short of choice either. Delicious foods were on offer for both adults and children. Room was tidied and cleaned thoroughly each time. Nothing was missed. Will come back soon with all of my family next trip..

It was so good, the staff very professional and with great costumer service, if you have any problem they can solve it or found the best option , the breakfast fresh too many options and good seasoning. We really enjoyed our stay, it has a great vibe, you can relax, the rooms are very comfortable and quiet, truly recommend it , we definitely would stay here again. ! The best staff!
