We celebrated our 25th anniversary. Nitesh was in constant touch with me to make it special and memorable event for us. He made sure that he truly understands what we may like and made sure that everything he learned was part of our welcome. Team including Ram Charan Singh and Narayan did wonderful job in decorating the room that was way above and beyond our expectation. My wife who loves flowers loved the decor and entire cake cutting with arrangement of Tiara and the team made our celebration more special. Every team member even during breakfast goes over and beyond to make breakfast enjoyable experience. Whenever we are in Jodhpur or even our friends and family, this is the place to be. Kudos to the entire team!!

Aarushi, Sujata and Mr. Jitendra were very helpful. As we were a high paying guest, Sujata upgraded our room for free and we were given a junior suite. At the time of check-out Aarushi and Mr. Jitendra helped us arrange complimentary coffees and some food packed for our long road travel from Jodhpur to Delhi.

The dinner could have been better. The buffet variety was good but the quality was not that good, the chicken seemed old or overcooked in the buffet. Also, the local musical performance was set alongside with the dinner buffet, in my opinion it should be done in the evening along with some snacks in a common room/banquet and dinners should be in a quiet environment with some house music on the speakers.

Breakfast was an international buffet and this catered to all tastes. We had 2 dinners at the restaurant, Laal Maas and the Sikandari Raan. Both were beyond our expectations. Tip, try to order the Raan in advance as it isnt always available. The chef went out of his way to get this for us on our 2nd night there. Each and every staff at all levels and in all areas provided an excellent service and went out of their to assist. The hotel is a little distance from the city, but since we had a car and driver it didn't matter to us. In fact the city is so very busy, I'm glad we chose this hotel.

We had a 15% discount on food and beverage at the restaurant. The hotel should find a way to link this information to the restaurant so that the discount is applied at the time of billing. We had to remind the cashier at check out and this was corrected.

There was exceptional service provided by Mr. Basir in F&B department and Chef Mr. Chetan (Kitchen). Since i had some food restrictions they were very forthcoming in suggesting dishes that could be prepared keeping them in mind. I would also like to appreciate the courtesy they extended and prompt service. It was a pleasure dining in the restaurant and even with my food restrictions I did not feel that i did not have choices to eat.

The only flip side was the charges. Though on checkin my CC was swiped however, on check out I was informed that I need to pay entire amount and hence the total amount was charged again. I had a call with few of the staff at the reception Yogesh, Ms. Ankita and Prateek. I was later informed that the charges would be reversed on my CC. However, I still have to get confirmation from bank it was done. I stayed in hotel from Jan 19-21, 2024.

The staff was amazing! Supriya helped us book multiple trains. Before her help we were banging our heads against the wall trying to book them ourselves. She saved us. It was clean. Even the bathrooms were perfect which, from our experience in India so far is really rare. Breakfast buffet was included, amazing, and the staff remembered us after only 1 meal. Traveling in India has been difficult and tiring and this hotel was a great way to rejuvenate. First place I’ve been where the Wi-Fi worked.

It isn’t close to anything so if you’re looking to explore the city, you’d have to take Ubers or taxis

The property was very clean, quite and peaceful. The most courteous and humble staff. They were always ready to help. The nicest people to talk to. We were floored by the hospitality. Also, they made sure each day they had something or the other to offer to the guests if in case they planned to stay back in the hotel. The day we checked in there was a high tea , another day we had dinner and local artists were performing folk music. It overall was a wonderful experience and I’d totally recommend the property !

We missed having a pool and a spa honestly .

Property is really clean and staff is very welcoming. Rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. Food served during breakfast was also very good. I would highly recommend staying here.

Location of property is little far from city centre but to be honest if you have your vehicle then it doesn’t matter. You can reach city centre within 15-20min of drive.

Excellent rooms. The staff accommodated us by giving us connecting rooms so our family of 4 was able to use 2 rooms easily, especially since we had little kids. Breakfast quality and taste could be better. We also booked cab service through the hotel and that was excellent as well.

The staff were professional, helpful and courteous.Safety wise was excellent.

The size of the room a bit small as compared to the tarif. No body solution or moisturizer given. Bigger bottle of water. 1L instead of 500 ml. Transport from the hotel desk twice costly than the other providers

Good selection of food on the a la carte menu. Breakfast buffet had a good choice. Everyone friendly and polite. Reception staff very helpful.

Would be nice if in the future this hotel was able to offer a pool and spa facilities.
