The restaurant “Mosaic” is amazing . The chefs (Sonveer and Sudheer) and staff (Rubina, Samar and Mamta) are adept at their job and very professional. You will fall in love with the food. The rooms are spacious. If you take “City view” room then the view will be really nice (The other side you will get the park view which is nice as well. We had taken two rooms on either side). The place is clean and very well maintained . It is value for money.

The swimming pool is for namesake. It is not covered so you will be under the scorching Sun. Lot of pigeons have made it their playground so their will be bird droppings all around . The Gym again is for namesake. If just three persons enter the Gym then there is no scope for the fourth persons . There is no equipment for legs .

Breakfast was good but the taste of almost all preparations can be improved. Dosa was thick, omlettes were too greasy...staff is not professional enough... The swimming pool was not functional and the Gym finished before it began with no supervisor and no one to help you to guide you to even switch on the AC.

Very good value comfortable modern hotel in the heart of Kota. You will not see any other British tourists in this town as it is not on the normal tourist route. But it does offer a direct train route to Goa, which is why we ended up here for a night. The hotel has spacious rooms, comfortable beds, room service and a good restaurant. It is also close to many shops and other restaurants which are all within walking distance. The Wifi was fast and the hotel was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful and over all I would highly recommend this hotel for the price paid.

They should inform guest in advance about the chargeable things like ice bucket Lady chef in the morning buffet refused to make pancake even when it was mentioned on the board but other chef was sweet nd professional enough to make it for us

Pool was not clean and we guess there was no temperature control. Water felt bit cold to kids. There were lot of bird dropping a suitable net protection has to be ensured by the CE

Billing counter at reception were a little lost during check-out and could not clearly mention to me the billing break-up. I was in a hurry and it was New Year morning, so I did not make an issue. I was supposed to receive the billing break-up via e-mail, which I only received after calling them up after a few days.

Very good location, right on the highway from kota to Ujjain or Bhopal. Food quality is good and so is the spread during the breakfast. Room size and view was very good. VFM.

Toilet is cramped and there is no covered parking.

It is a nice comfortable hotel. Very business-like. The restaurant and housekeeping staff were very friendly, although the front desk people were a bit cold in their reception. Very comfortable beds. Great spread at breakfast. We had lunch and dinner as well a couple of times, and met our expectations both times.

I was a little confused about VAT, which I think is more an issue with how booking.com's page is laid out. It should be pretty clear how much the VAT is and that it is excluded from the rate, as I kept seeing messages that my FINAL amount would be xxx, which was minus the VAT.

Radisson has a special place for me as I have stayed in your Hotels all over the country & specially like the Pan Fried Chicken Noodles which unfortunately I couldn't taste it here but the breakfast was very good as usual though the variety was even more at your Pune location.

Great hospitality and Wonderful stay The room was very clean and the hotel was well maintained very neat and clean , The housekeeping staff ramgopal were very polite and very courteous to my requirements during the stay. We had enjoyed the food and it was very tasty and service is good 😊
