Reception personal is gentle(Gaurav), location is good,

Because while booking you promise for hot water and all. But when we reach property, the F.O personal denied clearly. They told us we don't have that much occupancy, it's not our fault, so many hotels are there in the udaipur. Room is not clean, even the linen is dirty with full of Mark's on duvet, bed sheet, pillow, and also the bad odour is in the room while check in. I am not satisfied as per the facilities you are showing on your app and the facilities we get. They switch on and off AC according to their wish, they operate that from reception. Also they didn't check their rooms on prior basis never, they don't have set top box on room, while I am asking for that they replied "TV dekhni h kya apko". Then they take out one box from another room.

Location, property, staff n food were good.

My room had used pillow cover n bedsheets. Basin was leaking continuously throw out my stay n no help was provided. There WiFi was only accessible on ground floor. TV was another pain.

Hotel was pathatic ....it is horrible ...hotel is not well maintained bathrooms in dirty condition. Tv was not working. Drainage water seepage from roof you caan not make yourself fresh in room. It is not worth than you can go with family
