The rooms are clean , big, spacious and very comfortable. Clean luxurious sheets , water a small microwave was also placed. The bathrooms were big and clean with all amenities . Their service staff was excellent, service of a star hotel and true to its name of luxury stay . I would like to give a special mention of Ma.Ladu Housekeeping staff, Mr.Rajender Singh of In room dining service and Mr.Ranjeet Singh of Front office executive they were all very respectful , smiling and very helpful . Overall a wonderful experience , it is also attached to a mall and easy access to cab and auto facility . Safe, luxurious and comfortable stay experience at Urban suites

since this is new property, they are still hiring more staff and staff needs to get trained on providing assistance. however, it wasn’t bad, it’s just they are in process of upgrading the experience.

The hotel is lacking restaurant and the food options is limited. In case of cigarette smock is detected in any room, it disturbs the entire hotel for very long period.

My booking was for 5 nights. We stayed only 4 nights due to our tournaments gets over early. But the hotel charged me for 5 nights and refused to refund one night stay.
