Hotel is super clean, Well Maintained...Beds are super comfortable..We stayed with our family with 11mems, best 4star exp. Lil higher on price comparatively also lil far from Tourist places, but we will have auto rickshaw or cabs easily available. Highly recommended if you are looking for a star hotel experience.

Every things is good, nothing to mention...Food should be improved alot, I recommend to carry instant food items if you travel to Udaipur or Jaipur. As the food is super expensive in hotel.

Break fast was very good with multiple options. After reading previous comments I was little confused, it was really very good. They might have improved after previous complains of visitors. Location is little far but really not a issue.

In my experience everything was perfect. Staff behaviour, cleanliness, room, food was very good. I have chosen by understanding the location and size of the campus. So no complains. Stay was perfect.

Clean, modern, and well located All amenities expected for the price. The room was spacious with a great layout, comfortable beds and fittings are new and modern. The room was quite clean and had a great view. Breakfast was good. Would suggest that more warm beverages be offered in the winter season.

The rooftop restaurant leaves something to be desired. Training of waiters, taste of the food and value for money is a mismatch with the rest of the hotel. We suggest that prices be printed with tax inclusive as surcharges are quite high. There were some small signs of stains in the toilet and the smell of smoke as we entered the room which we asked the staff to address.

Overall a 10/10. Excellent location. very courteous polite and efficient staff. Food was good. The room was comfortable and cozy. Special mention - Disha at front desk was very efficient I saw her calmly and efficiently handle 10+ checkout in an hour and at the same time find us a room. Kamal & Haseena from the restaurant were efficient and courteous. Rajan at the live station was a great cook. Rishi Raj was helpful while the trainee Vaishali was polite & courteous. This made the stay very pleasant.

The only thing was the managements instruction not allowing delivery from outside restaurants. This I believe is lack of self belief in their own cuisine. Guest should have freedom of choice in their rooms and most times it’s not that guests don’t want to order hotel food but the fact that we all like variety. if it wasn’t the staff being so good, I would give the GM a negative rating.

The hotel is quite new and super clean. The rooms are fantastic, and the front desk staff is very courteous. The cleaning staff does their job well and the rooftop view is beautiful. The bathroom and toilets are cleaned well too. The area has several good restaurants and a large supermarket quite nearby.

The location is a bit away from the main city. Takes 20 min to reach the lakes or city palace by cabs or auto. Both are easily available near the hotel though. The wifi does not function well in rooms.

The hotel is extremely clean, the room was big with every amenity we needed for our 1 day stay. Don't expect wonders, but you get a really good deal for the price you pay.

In room dining could be improved.

Beautiful rooms with an excellent 180 degree view of Udaipur City. Very comfortable, well designed rooms with all the basic requisites in place.. Very centrally located. Couldn't ask for more at this price. Restaurants and other amenities close to the hotel. Will definitely be staying here again.

No complaints whatsoever!

The property was extremely clean, the service was prompt & everyone was very hospitable. one can get a panoramic view of the city from its rooftop restaurant. Had an absolutely lovely time here.

You can't walk to all the sight seeing places. Everything is around 15 mins away. It's well situated within the city.

Hotel room was spacious and clean. Staff was courteous. Food quality was good. Overall it was a comfortable stay and good experience. Would like to recommend others who are trying to find a good hotel in Udaipur.

Location is slightly away from the main tourist attractions, so getting out and walking around good places is not possible. You need to drive a few kms before you get to the known tourist attractions and main market of Udaipur.

It was clean and comfortable. I really liked the roof terrace and staff were very friendly and accommodating.
