The room was neat and clean and spacious. The staff was polite and helpful. Hot water was available 24 hours. Any request was immediately fulfilled by the staff, eg, I asked for an icecream at 10 pm and it was there in my room in about 5 mins. The receptionist also helped me with bus details to some far away attractions.

The location of the hotel is a good 1.5-2 km from the city centre and the area is slightly shady I would say. Also, I was given a room on the 2nd floor, where there was no hotel wifi network at all.

We've been at Tripli Hotels Le Shelton in April 2025. We decided to spend here a night because it is near the train station. We liked the room, was clean with a soft bed. The shower was warm and we had a pleasant stay. We tried also the food, quick service and medium-high quality.

We had problems with payment because they had not the change. I think that is not possible that a hotel does not have some money for change but still does not allow to pay by card.

Courteous staff, cleanliness,24 hours running hot water, washroom fittings, floors and walls, cupboard, mini fridge and other facilities etc. Lots of appreciations for Birbal and Fateh Singh Ji.

Kitchen is sub standard and over expensive, mattress quality is a big issue as it buckles down under the pressure as soon as you lie over it. I had a pathetic sleep in the hotel due to this. Limited hangers in the cupboard is another issue. The bedsheets are short and don't keep tugged to the bed. I had to ask specifically to get the AC on, it was not put on while me been alloted the room but overall service was good.

Located near the railway station and staff is really friendly. Manager Fateh was really helpful throughout the stay. Food is better as well but they don’t have non-vegetarian food inside the hotel. But allowed us to get food from outside. Would have been better if the wifi connection was better since we were having difficulty in having a good connection inside the room. Overall the stay is good.

Rooms were spacious, staff was polite and helpful throughout the day. Fateh singh ji ensured we have a nice and comfortable stay at their hotel.

Hotel exteriors could be renovated as the dull and worn out paint on the exterior won't appeal much to the customers. Food was okayish and more food options can be explored in nearby restaurants.

My recent stay at Hotel Le Shelton was truly exceptional, from the moment I arrived until my departure. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring Udaipur.

The owner couldn't accommodate us as they faced electrical problems. But he made sure that I got good accommodation in the hotel right next to thier location. They also made sure that hygiene and service was decent.

THIS IS ABOUT THE ALTERNATIVE ACCOMMODATION. Hot water in the bathroom was only available between 5 am and 1 pm. No toiletries. Also room service can be improved.

The staff is polite and accommodating. Location is close to the railway station. Rooms were clean.

Restaurant service is pretty slow and can be improved.
