I booked Bizz Hotel last minute through Booking.com, and it turned out to be a great place to stay. The location is perfect — close to all the high-street brands, restaurants, and coffee shops. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The on-site restaurant and café serve good food and have a pleasant atmosphere. I’d highly recommend it for both short and long stays. It could do with a gym which would be nice .

As a family this was out 4th visit at The Bizz Hotel. We have always found them very welcoming and have looked after us. The rooms are nice and clean, being vaisnav's we do not eat onion or garlic. There is never much of a choice for breakfast for us. That was the only concern that we had.

The Breakfast area is adequate,neat clean,tidy with good ambience. The food was tasty with a huge variety. The workers are excellent.

Deep cleaning of rooms and washroom would enhance the Hotel's status. Some tips to save waste and money for the hotel 1)The wall fitted Shampoo and Shower Gel is very good.This removes plastic containers and benefits the planet. 2) With regards to Dental Kit,Shower Caps,Shaving Kits please leave in each room a display card requesting the customer to request for the items as required.This will save the Hotel finance as well as customers getting what they need. Since there is lot of dust and pollution outside,Please try to have the whole of the front area washed with water and have dust sweeped daily.

Helpful staff and well-presented hotel. Interesting interior, cafes and shops. The taxi service is reasonable for airport pick up and reliable and they communicate efficiently to such requests pre-arrival. The room was great and came with a food welcome pack. Appreciated. The location is great and I would stay here again with no issues.

The breakfast is not great. All some form of indian food with no international options given this is a business hotel. The presentation of the food was also not great or inviting at times. Make changes here and you have a winner.

Please think more about sustainability. We had all of our bathroom sets replaced daily when some parts hadn’t even been used, and there was still plenty of use left in the soap. This is so wasteful and not good for the environment.

The location of the room 202 was just above dinning room - we could smell the food and the noise of the patrons. Could not receive Wifi/Internet in the room, when available the signal strength was poor.

Overall stay was pleasent, staff was couteous and food was delicious.

The property was on good location. Plenty of clothing and footwear clothes around. A street across and handful mobile phone stores. It was generally clean but some dust remaining on corners and heard board area which never cleaner from months Spacious room Friendly staffs

There is ongoing work outside which is why it looked different from other images that customers have sent previously.

Consistant good rooms, staff and especially breakfast. It is a realy good hotel with good staff.

Everything is almost fine. Somethings some small things here and there may not be perfect, but i wouldn't worry and still go back to the Bizz.

I din't get my invoice as the front office system is not working. the receptionist has told me that he will mail me the invoice once things are settled. but that was not happened.

Lovely Hotel very clean staff were very polite and helpful. Food quality was excellent apart from portions too big.
