I had booked a triple room for me and parents. The room is old (it would deserve repainting the walls mainly) but everything in there was functional - spacious room and fairly clean and clean bedsheets etc. - location : near city center. Convenient for shopping - wifi was working well (also the ac, fan and tv) - the lift was working well - there is a window which is always nice to have - good hot water Overall satisfied for the price I have paid.

The staff didn't seem very welcoming in the first place but overall, they did their job right. They listened and fulfilled most of what he had requested No kitchen in the hotel. Walls not so sound proof. Could hear the neighbor going to pee in the night. :(

Bedroom and bathroom

Room was very bad. There was more than 10 lamp but only one tubelight was working. Walls dirty with many places rusty colour on the wall. They provide us drinking water in used and old plastic bottels. I will suggest to customer Dont stay here. Careless reception.

The hotel is very bad and poor in condition there is no working lift in the hotel also walls are everything infrastructure was in very poor condition like work was not completed About the room There were many big big mosquitoes in the room because room window was broken we said so they have changed the room but there were still so many mosquitoes in the room and in whole building The bathroom was very dirty there was no hand flush in the washroom the flush buttons were not working hot water was not there even there was no bucket the service is very poor The bedsheets were unclean also the sheet given for protection for cold was not good even the matress was not good and clean Will suggest to look for another hotel for the price of 1600
