The hotel is like a 5 star hotel. This was the best hotel we stayed in india in all our travels past few years. Very clean, very comfortable, everything is superb. If happened to come again to Ramanathapuram, definitely will stay in this hotel again.

There is nothing to not like about. Everything is perfect.

The hotel was exceptional and exceeded expectations. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast options were limited but varied every day. The close proximity to the railway station is an advantage. The room was tidy and had enough storage space. The bathroom was clean.

Probably the best hotel in the vicinity. Railway Stn, Bus stop and Taxi Stand about 20 mtrs away.... very airy and comfy rooms. Clean and spacious washrooms. Courteous staff. Food on the 4th floor, feels like having breakfast above the entire town !!!

The parking and the constant flow of traffic ( with it's high pitched honking ). And it shares a common wall with a masjid ! So yeah !!

awesome experience. Enjoyed a day’s stay in Hotel Coral Residency. Everything about this hotel had exceeded my expectations - be it the front office, the staffs, restaurant etc.

Car parking facility - away from the facility needs improvements. Otherwise, the Parking at the Hotel is good for only 2 four wheelers.

My husband and I stayed at Coral Residence from the 4th to the 7th January 2023. We had a wonderful and pleasant experience at the Coral Residency. There was an issue with our laundry and Antony house keeping manager at coral residency Ramanathapuram dealt with it straight away with professionalism to rectify the problem and we appreciate his service. Also the following staff members went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant from the clean rooms to food. I would like to acknowledge the great service from; Sunder - Reception Kandasamy - restaurant Rajeshkumar - chief chef Ramkumar - restaurant Kalimuthu - restaurant Rizwan - restaurant Selvakumar- Reception Mani Theepan -Reception Fromthe security to house keeping staff were all WONDERFUL. The rooms were very luxurious look and feel. Everything was sparkling clean. The food at the restaurant was delicious and filling. And good variety of food as well. They had their own cab service for visit to Rameshwaram / Dhanuskodi as well as cab service for airport pickup from Madurai airport. Overall, very very comfortable stay.

Facilities and restaurants including restaurant staffs are well behaved

Behaviour and support by reception staff and security needs to be improved. They are not helping in loading and downloading keeping luggage

Coral residency is a very nice place to stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. The food in the restaurant was fantastic! Overall highly recommended

Entrance to the hotel contains a few stairs and some wobbly surfaces. This is not disabled friendly

Everything was good

Some road work was happening and i have to get into a lot of small roads to reach the hotel even though the hotel is in the main road. Secondly, some renovation is happening in their parking area and i had to park my car on the road outside. Too much of dust made my car dirty.

Very close to railway station, though the approach to Hotel was not easy due to road work going on in front of the hotel. Check-in was smooth and Sundar at the reception counter was very helpful. Room was spic & span, rest room/bath was quite big and very clean.
