The staff and the food. Though more options should be included in the menu.

The picture is way different than the actual room and that is I didn't like. Can accept some missing points but the actual room is quite different from the above picture

I liked the cleanliness the most. Another very good thing was that the staff was always ready to help. And by help i don't only mean provide service but they were ready to go an extra mile to make our stay comfortable.

The hotel food (buffet breakfast and on order lunch) was not very tasty. It could be better. Also a few more options in the breakfast menu should be added.

Clean, hygiene and warm welcoming staffs.

Missing the shuttle service and property is bit far from the main road , restaurants and shops. So personal vehicle is a must.

The rooms were clean and maintained. it was very comfortable. also the 24/7 room service is very good.

the pictures shown do not match the actual rooms. but still they are quite good. Food is very costly.

Good room and nice food,polite staffs

Room is around 1km far from main road,if you don't have private vehicle, you'll have to walk around 10mins to get an auto/taxi..

Basic things like chair hangers water should be provided

Very neat and clean hotel, Great Sleep time very quiet surrounding no traffic buzz, Safe and spacious parking within the premises, Good food, Good staff.... Overall very pleasant and comfortable stay.
