The breakfast buffet was absolutely sensational and mind-blasting. The service and honour staff give to guests is difficult to find in life. The bespoke omelettes were incredible, the waffles were eye-wateringly appetite-stimulatingly out of this world and the coffee was powerful enough for me to keep up with changes in world politics and perhaps even keep ahead of changes in world politics. The room cleaning service was ridiculously good- we had a gorgeous flower placed in our bathroom whose fragrance was scrumptious, a polite and friendly lady who generously served us. The gym facilities helped me to get ready for war (see earlier comment about world politics) and the swimming pool helped me get ready for love.

I'm scratching my head to find something I didn't like.

The room was very good, the location fantastic, the gym person Aman was very helpful as my son Veeraaj had come for his nationals so he trained him well. Shaan at the reception took extra care and making sure our stay was comfortable. Rajendra at the reception guided us well to the place where we should go shopping as we had limited time. Papaya was fantastic and the best part of the hotel. Caramel cafe was awesome with the girl and the guy with moustache were very helpful in selection (evening time on 11.1.2025). Please check the staff details based on the time and date. Spa was also too good the guy who gave my son the Thai foot spa and Ofcos the Swedish massage.

Breakfast was limited with same things everyday. Can be different and more variety.

The rooms and beds are very comfortable, bathrooms were having good amenities . Breakfast spread is very good

Some staff were very rude especially jayanta and the gentleman manning the chaat counter, at the same time most of the other staff were very decent and polite, especially Shankar and all the staff at breakfast. I suppose a uniform training is required as only some were rude. The hotel is very adamant and strict with late check out even if its 30 minutes.

The warmth of the front desk and restaurant staff, the professionalism all through, airy and bright rooms with superb housekeeping staff, and strong business facilities. I'm also grateful for the late check-out on request, and would like to mention Anand at the restaurant, who unobtrusively sees to all kinds of small details, including a very early packed breakfast; and Sanaya, whose bright and thoughtful helpfulness really made our stay special. An oasis on a busy work trip!

We had a very good experience at the Radisson Blu all through. The only issue is not with the hotel at all: it was annoying that some guests throw rubbish down from their rooms that lands in the swimming pool area, and I can only imagine how much more annoying it would be for the staff members who have to clean up their trash!

Breakfast was very good. We had food at Water Front, Papaya and Caramel and liked all three of them. The hotel lobby was quite impressive.

I expected better professionalism and efficiency from the staff. Initially they provided towel, tea cup, glass, etc only for one person, although there were two of us. But I needed to make multiple calls to house keeping and reception before they attended to it. Cleanliness could have been better....we found stained tea cups in our room.

Pool side , food quality, front desk behavior and courtesy

Even after paying for the entire second night tariff I was told several times to check out before 6 pm. So just for 6 hours entire one days tariff was charged and then too was called several times to vacate the room, which i did as I had to catch a flight at 830 to New Delhi.

To wait for one hour to get chicken tikka masala boiled rice and plain nan bread and asked for tea came with half mug of water and tea bag in it not worth of price and service because all staff are busy with their mobile phone than doing service I think they need to pay little extra money and train them well

The property was stunning and really comfortable and clean, they surprised us with an upgrade and made our honeymoon even more memorable! All the staff were lovely and welcoming. Food was good and plenty of options for any taste. Coffee was much better than in Delhi’s hotel. Thank you and will be back when visiting my in laws in Jharkhand! 🫶🏻

The breakfast was excellent. So many options available, both Western and Indian. Free bottled water was always available. The Staff were amazing - friendly, attentive and helpful. Most of the Staff also spoke English. It was easy to organise a car and a driver via the hotel. There were 3 different places to eat. The large pool was a bonus. My room was serviced every day. I truly had a wonderful stay at this hotel.

Excellent breakfast spread - caters well to both vegetarian and non-vegetarian needs . Service was top class and people do cater to specific requests to make the stay very comfortable .

You were perfect in all respects . Cannot point out any one area where there was scope for improvement .
