The room was very good, the location fantastic, the gym person Aman was very helpful as my son Veeraaj had come for his nationals so he trained him well. Shaan at the reception took extra care and making sure our stay was comfortable. Rajendra at the reception guided us well to the place where we should go shopping as we had limited time. Papaya was fantastic and the best part of the hotel. Caramel cafe was awesome with the girl and the guy with moustache were very helpful in selection (evening time on 11.1.2025). Please check the staff details based on the time and date. Spa was also too good the guy who gave my son the Thai foot spa and Ofcos the Swedish massage.

Breakfast was limited with same things everyday. Can be different and more variety.

The warmth of the front desk and restaurant staff, the professionalism all through, airy and bright rooms with superb housekeeping staff, and strong business facilities. I'm also grateful for the late check-out on request, and would like to mention Anand at the restaurant, who unobtrusively sees to all kinds of small details, including a very early packed breakfast; and Sanaya, whose bright and thoughtful helpfulness really made our stay special. An oasis on a busy work trip!

We had a very good experience at the Radisson Blu all through. The only issue is not with the hotel at all: it was annoying that some guests throw rubbish down from their rooms that lands in the swimming pool area, and I can only imagine how much more annoying it would be for the staff members who have to clean up their trash!

The rooms and beds are very comfortable, bathrooms were having good amenities . Breakfast spread is very good

Some staff were very rude especially jayanta and the gentleman manning the chaat counter, at the same time most of the other staff were very decent and polite, especially Shankar and all the staff at breakfast. I suppose a uniform training is required as only some were rude. The hotel is very adamant and strict with late check out even if its 30 minutes.

Breakfast was very good. We had food at Water Front, Papaya and Caramel and liked all three of them. The hotel lobby was quite impressive.

I expected better professionalism and efficiency from the staff. Initially they provided towel, tea cup, glass, etc only for one person, although there were two of us. But I needed to make multiple calls to house keeping and reception before they attended to it. Cleanliness could have been better....we found stained tea cups in our room.

The breakfast was excellent. So many options available, both Western and Indian. Free bottled water was always available. The Staff were amazing - friendly, attentive and helpful. Most of the Staff also spoke English. It was easy to organise a car and a driver via the hotel. There were 3 different places to eat. The large pool was a bonus. My room was serviced every day. I truly had a wonderful stay at this hotel.

This was our second stay in Radison blu, Ranchi. The experience was even better than the first one. We arrived early in the morning around 10am and staff were able to accommodate by proving early check-in for two rooms despite the hotel seems busy during the wedding/festival season in India. Guest relation team were excellent! We have been well acknowledged upon arrival and taken well care during the process. I want to say BIG thank you to Ms. Sanaya who was extremely co-operative, polite, prompt in service, humble ,smiling and caring. During the check in process, while waiting in the area my 2 years old son got hurt himself while playing. Ms Sanaya immediately managed to get first aid box and also provided ice to provide relief. My son was fine later on. She also arranged cake for us that too within 30-45 minutes from the request to surprise my parents in law in the second room. This characterize excellent customer service. Hotel ambiance was perfect, especially the lobby. Restaurant food was amazing with lot of good spread. We liked the local dishes on the Morning breakfast buffet. I recommend the hotel for the wonderful experience in your stay.

Very minor concern of the waiting time for the lifts (There are only two)

The property was stunning and really comfortable and clean, they surprised us with an upgrade and made our honeymoon even more memorable! All the staff were lovely and welcoming. Food was good and plenty of options for any taste. Coffee was much better than in Delhi’s hotel. Thank you and will be back when visiting my in laws in Jharkhand! 🫶🏻

The staff was very friendly and also helped me provide an early check in so that I could freshen up before attending to the business commitments.

On the day of the checkout , I was having lunch at the restaurant in the hotel and despite my room being vacant at the time promised, I was asked to pay extra for the time I was still in the hotel . After much conversation those charges were annulled but that was the only bitter part of an otherwise great experience.

Everything was awesome, Outstanding ambience everywhere, lovely room & cozi bed very good food, lovely people front desk & house keeping. Gym size & equipments are more than sufficient, lovely open pool as well. Lovely Bar, Spa, Plenty space in basement for car parking.

...room size was comfortable.... lounge floor an excellent...... eating celebration with ... watering zone.... sitting arrangement for guest.... very good.....

....we were staying in the Second floor...that was claimed to be non smoking floor but smells of the smoking were in the floor and feeling the smoking in the room also..... otherwise very good clean...........
