Overall the stay was good ,but more than the stay we like the beach as the Malgund beach was nearby walking distance . And the facility provided was everything which was needed as in particular hotels . Staff was very friendly and available for an assistant. Must visit for an experience stay

Apart from the stay I did not like as the bed was not cleaned , as it was not washed properly , also there was an connectivity issue as no other network will work here apart from jio , BSNL . Don't take Airtel it's worst network . So if there is no network connectivity so need to have proper wifi connection as there was only one route which was been working in whole resort so it's been too disappointed that not proper internet access.

The staff was very helpful and kind. We faced a few challenges when it comes to electricity but being a village we dont blame the property as it’s understandable but the staff tried their best to take care of us

Cleanliness was not their first priority as i saw old bedsheets tucked in on our beds we didnt even feel like sitting on the beds initially as i noticed a huge red periods stain on the bedsheet, being a women we recognise the stains very well, i had to call and ask for clean bedsheets, toilet rolls. I feel these are basic hygiene products which should be there in the room. It was quite disappointing to call the desk and request for these things. Sheets were changed after i requested

The location is awesome being just opposite to the beach. The room was spacious and with very good open air, having lunch & break fast on the portico was a good feel that we got with the sea breeze. The place is good for a quick break.

The Bed sheets were not very clean and requires a major overhaul, We requested for a extra blanket, while the blanket was given it was smelling (could be due to moisture). The cupboard was small.

Mr.Sanjay Chaudhari : Manager of the property was very helpful and cooperative, we reached late but he was still there to welcome us and make us feel comfortable

The dinner that we had on the first day which was on our request and was very nicely executed by the team was excellent but found it a bit expensive comparing our other meals in Konkan

Location was amazing, staff was really good. Food was also tasty and the overall stay was quite comfortable. Their concept to ensure privacy for each room is also great. This is amazing place for staycation and best is that it's truly pet friendly

Food taste was good, but improvements needed on spread and taste of the breakfast. Very less options in breakfast and taste was also not good. In terms of cleanliness, they need to improve a bit as the place is surrounded by greenery so there are lots of ants and insects in the room.

The location was excellent, being very close to the beach. The villa was spacious and offered a view of the sea from the porch. The breakfast was quite enjoyable. Sanjay, the local caretaker, was friendly and helpful.

The layout of the villa could have been better, with both bathrooms being inside, rather than one being outside. The kitchenette could also have been better equipped. Room cleaning could be done every day. Also, the road inside the property could at least be levelled, if not paved, as the climb to the villa is quite hard and rocky.

Location is very good, bang opposite to Malgund beach. Villa and Rooms are spacious

Food service is little slow, no extra ammenties or facilities. Room service should have cleaned the rooms the next day as we had 2 days stay.

The people who managed the place were very nice and helpful

Villa surroundings can be made better by pruning of trees and plants. But it is not a make or break thing for such a beautiful place with amazing management

The hospitality was amazing. Lovely people and were eager to help always. The location was just awesome. At the end of the day, that area of Ratnagiri is just great. The food at the place was delicious and fresh.

Location & natural surroundings was good , Rooms were spacious. Staff was co-operative.

Food quality needs to be improved. Morning Breakfast was good but local taste was missing in case of Lunch & Dinner, especially in non-veg / Fish dishes.
