The property was amazing; everything was up to the mark. I was traveling with two friends, and the stay was incredibly comfortable. The staff treated us like their own family, making us feel at home. We only stayed for one night, but the staff allowed us to use the common area and washroom after checkout, for almost an entire day without any hesitation. They supported us with almost everything we needed. Overall, I would give this place a 5-star rating.

Everything is fine, except if you guys plan to develop the rooftop into a fun common area, you will attract a lot of tourists.

This is a newly renovated Hotel. My stay experience was very nice, Staff is very co-operative, they are very helpful, have guided us so well about Rishikesh, have arranged Cabs and scooty in competitive prices. Specially the owner Mr. Negi, He is very humble person. Rooms are very neat and clean. Have Balconies in front and lobby at the back, Hotel has proper ventilation. Restaurant offers tasty food, I liked tomato soup & Pizza. Location is at prime tourist point, Laxman Jhula is very near and For Ram Jhula and Triveni Ghat one can hire Auto nearby, Cafe's are near by. I would definitely recommend this Hotel.

It was clean, centrally located with car parking, helpful staff, airy rooms with balcony , lift facilities and windows was kind of sound proof.

We arrived at the hotel and were shocked to discover that there are 2 huge construction sites next to the hotel, one in front and one behind it. Meaning, for 8 am to 12 pm the sound of drilling. After midnight, the hammering continues till around 2 am. The rooms are not acoustically isolated and it feels as if the construction workers are hammering the room next door. The noise was so loud, you can barely talk without shouting. And, of course, also not able to use the balcony or let any light in the room by opening the curtains unless you enjoy having 40 men staring at you, as if they had never seen a single woman in their lives. There was no hot water or any kind of amenities in the room (tee, coffee) and the water would come and go, meaning it just stopped in the meaning of the ice cold shower while you are covered in soap. And, even though it states clearly on booking that payment with mastercard or visa is possible, they only accepted cash.
