The property is brand new and you can tell by the rooms and the set up. We traveled here to visit the Elora and Ajanta caves and the hotel helped organize it all. We had the car service from the hotel with a great and very professional driver and a very good comfortable car who took us to the caves; airport and back and an amazing guide who excelled at his role. He was super knowledgeable we recommend you ask the hotel to set it up for you; it is worth every penny our guide spoke English and Italian and knew every detail (as a foreigner is specially recommended) . Great experience and Bahibav from the front desk was kind and patient answering all our questions. The food is spectacular. Most of all it is great value for money compared to other options that might be more expensive but older and not so accommodating. The location for us was ideal since we traveled to see the caves so removing ourselves from the old city was perfect.

Check in experience was bad as the manager asked for additional 11k rs for upgrading room to a bath tub room which was ridiculous keeping in mind when we have already paid for a king bed room with bfast. 2 rooms were decent ones and comfortable 3. Real happiness brought to us by Chef Tapas and Manager Narendra Nath Misra both of them served very well and served good quality food which is commendable job and we all appreciate them from bottom of our heart

Room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable. Buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent. All in all, outstanding value for money. After checking out, I needed a power adapter for my phone. After a brief hunt, one was produced. It turned out that it belonged to the hotel manager. I chatted with her briefly and was highly impressed with her enthusiasm and determination to run the best hotel possible.

Excellent hotel good staff very accommodating . Pool lovely though probably not enough sunloungers if too many Europeans were there.

Bacon would have been a nice option at breakfast as it was in Hyatt Amritsar ! Chicken sausage may not offend certain communities which bacon might but please offer as part of a service to your broad group of visitors.

The staff of the hotel is what makes this hotel so great. I travel a lot for work, and this was one of the best stays I had in a long time. A special thanks to Aysha and Koushik. Also, very nice and comfortable room, excellent breakfast and great buffet for dinner. Thank you!

Lovely property. Room size was really good with comfy bed. Food was good. And location was very convenient, being close to airport and tourist attractions.

The view wasn’t great. The staff kept asking us about the food multiple times while we were eating which was really annoying.

Each and every one of the attending staff (I had noted down the names, but unfortunately I cannot find it now) we're pleasant, professional and attentive. I cannot say enough about them. The food was good. It was, however, the young staff that made the breakfast enjoyable.

New property and very nice and friendly staff including Sanjeev at check in, Sagar concierge and Imansura in restaurant.

Rooms are comfortable but do not justify the price tag. Construction around the property so dusty and there is garbage dump in front of hotel. So smells if you go out.
