I liked the location of this hotel, ideally centrally located with access to many of the tourist attractions in and around Aurangabad. The food was amazing with very much lovely service staff around. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel for all 4nights/5days but we never got bored with the food. There were enough varieties of food choices to switch between. Rooms service and the facilities in the room were all more than good enough for the money paid. Also, liked the jogging track which is around the property and the spacious lawns were most of my attractions.

What I did not like in this place is the quality/cleanliness/facilities at the spa. It is not in line with the standards of the hotel. However, the spa staffs were good at their service. It is time to renovate this facility(Spa). Prices are very good/much reasonable.

The hotel is spacious, with lots of outdoor space and gardens. It's total value for money—lots of activities to do in the hotel. The rooms are spacious and ambience of the hotel is good. Staff are very friendly and always ready to help. Location of the hotel is central to good restaurants and the mall.

Breakfast was ok...was a good spread but the quality of the food could have been better as the ala carte was nice. The food in the breakfast was cold. Spa is well priced but the ambience is not that great, could be better. No shower facility after spa.

1. Huge lawns and greenery all around 2. Big sized pool, wonderful SPA, Gym and sport facilities 3. Old world charm with antique wood panelling, art work all over the property. Heritage feel to the hotel 4. Very friendly, helpful staff - especially Manoj, Sumit, Khushi, Nitin, Khaled, etc. 5. Awesome location !!!

1. Rooms had old furniture - many worn out and tacky chairs, cupboards 2. Restaurant has limited choices on the menu. Food is very un-appetising, tasteless 3. Hotel in general has an old 1970's feel, but modern conveniences can be fitted in

The Ambassador is certainly an institution in Aurungabad, and it lives up to its name still, albeit with a few perks here and there. It was definitely a very welcoming, warm and attentionate stay on the part of the staff, the hotel is quite lavish and the food is mostly good. Special thanks to Prakash (manager of the restaurant) and Deepa (lobby manager) as they made sure our stay was impecable. We would surely come back!

A few details would make the stay even better: the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms should be more thoroughly maintained to meet international standards, the restaurant could use offering more Western alternatives to its non-Indian guests, and it would be nice to have an intelligent TV to connect to.

Very large property with all the amenities almost equivalent to the 5 star hotel . Well maintained and clean . Staff are very friendly and attentive, caring . Food from the restaurant was also nice. Also the property located in a prime area.

It’s not a negative but the property is old and some of the designs are outdated . But need to say it’s very well maintained.

We just happened to be there during the Holi festival and they threw a beautiful, colorful party! The property is on a vast land with so many things to do. You can enjoy a walk in the garden, a nice jogging track and a sports center with different sporting activities including good massage facilities. The staff are AMAZING! Very kind and polite. The rooms are clean and give a nice view of the greenery outside. The restaurant has a variety of options for good food, Indian, Western and Chinese. The bar has a variety of drinks as well. Overall, the hotel is relaxing ☺️

The pool is wonderful, only problem is they don’t allow drinks in the pool, despite it having a bar. They can improve by playing some music in the communal spaces.

Rooms were clean, and the food was yummy ( although we got the chance to only have breakfast). Good facilities as well. The travel desk was expensive. but the driver allotted was decent with good driving skills and good in nature. Overall, it was a good experience, and we enjoyed staying here.

We were 2 people, but they only provided one small napkin to share. Thanks, at least they gave 2 towels.

Overall stay was comfortable, staff courteous and very spacious rooms. We enjoyed the stay during Diwali with some sweets and fire crackers arranged by the hotel. Room service food was good.

Rooms can be upgraded a bit like doors can be coloured and bathroom fixtures can be better maintained. Everything worked, just was having quite old feel (not charm). Breakfast can also be improved.

Breakfast spread was great. I had 6 breakfasts, I felt the spread to be same on all the days. Expected more variations on each day. Idli, Vada, Dosa, eggs same on all days. some variation like Thalipeeth or Jalebi , Fafda on a sunday would have been welcome

Nothing major to complain about

The location of the hotel is very central, in the heart of Aurangabad. It also had an old charm to it. The hotel provided ample water bottles in the room.

While the bed was comfortable and clean, the hotel was on the older side, and older things sometimes feel more dirty than they are. As a result, the hotel did feel that way.
