The hospitality was great. Ms. Rosy always had a smile on her face. I watched her not lose her calm or smile even for a second despite customers being impatient with (free) early check-in requests. Mr. Shakeer Ahmed hope the name is right) was always prompt in response too. Housekeeping does a fantastic job, but they clean the room even when the do not disturb sign is on. The food is decent. The chef obliged our request to make some local food. We did not check the bar, but it definitely seemed to have a great ambiance. Rooms are spacious, especially for a solo traveller like me. The location is on a busy road and so is quite accessible. Will definitely stay here on my future visits.

The room walls are a little 'thin'. So activity in the corridor can keep you awake if you are a light sleeper. The exterior photos are not entirely reflective of the location. But that is not a big issue as most time was spent inside the property.

The Hotel location is great. The room was big and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staffs were helpful and friendly. The room servce was great.

The shower area in the toilet does not have a screen/curtain. When shower is used, the whole bathroom floor was full of water. Found very messy.

Excellent location. Mostly everything is within walking distance. Room sizes disappointed a little given that I took club rooms, one of the big sized ones. Bathroom was bit less spacious. The staff was excellent and facilities were exceptional. Club is there right under your nose and club restaurant and the buffet were also a great addon.

Loved the staff, the ambience, the location. Joy particularly was excellent. Food also was too good. It has a charming colonial feel, and an old world charm.

Somehow the breakfast was not up to the mark. The WiFi also needs improvement.

Excellent. Had many choices from Indian, Chinese, and Continental. Staffs were very helpful and always asked about the taste and services. The restaurant was great with reasonable pricing, very great range of food was served. Room service was also prompt and courteous.

The views through the large window were not very good. The location was congested and no garden and parking was congested.

Location is very good. Food quality is good though variety could be increased. Staff members are polite and helpful.. I would like to mention one Mr. Shakir ahmed aka sunny.. He was very helpful. Rooms are comfortable but extra facilities like gym, need improvement.

Breakfast buffet was lovely. But best part of the stay was the assistance we got from Kenny with transportation to Imphal. He even checked in with us during the trip, and negotiated over the phone with tuk tuk driver at our destination.

The hotel was fine. Silchar itself seemed very unfriendly.

Conveniently located and with all possible amenities. Manned by a helpful and cooperative staff. All that you can ask for a property on a business trip.

One of the best hotels in Silchar. The facility is maintained well. The rooms very cozy and cleaniness was great. The food is awesome and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely come back when I am in Silchar

Expensive Toiletries have to be requested. Bathrooms could be improved by providing exhaust.

Everything was good starting from friendly staff to cleanliness, food .

While AC was not working in the peak hour(12-4 pm) due to some technical issue there was no other option ,atleast a fan should be provided in the room in case of emergency.
