Reception staff including manger very friendly, helpful and all resort staff very helpful too. House keeping very fast in servicing your request. Good clean restaurant with lovely spread of food to suit all. Mandir (temple) to do you're prayers. Soothing music throwout the resort. Very seenic place. Large rooms 2x double beds in chosen room. Very affordable and value for money. I would certainly stay here again.

Guest parked car too close outside our room window was disturbing. Security guards visible from window uncomfortable while needing to changing cloths in the room. Taxi services poor near the loction.

The property and cleanliness kept. especially the soothing music which makes you feel relax all the time. The staff is really well trained to give better experience. I recommend to take sometime and explore the treat adventure park, with loads of fun and good packages for activities For Kids, they have really good arrangements for play area outside and mini Ball pool and well maintained. the Infinity pool is so relaxing and well maintained

Big Rooms , good varieties in Breakfast

I was staying for 2 days and was to leave very early morning on third day .. had requested breakfast on day of check in , instead on day of check out , which on telephone they had confirmed .. however on reaching were questioned on same .. which was not expected as we were not asking anything extra .. in fact the manager went on to extent on shouting on the operator who had agreed only on confirming with the resturant manager

The pool is great, big and clean, if you go in the morning is all yours. Rooms and amenities are OK, cleanliness also. Food is generally targeting Indian guests, but this is normal as 99% of the guests are locals. However, if you are looking for international food you could find several options. Staff is polite and eager to help.. Just two examples: They offer to provide an early breakfast (as I was leaving early). After an early swim in the pool the guy caring the pool came to me with a towel. And both were self initiative of the employees, I wasn't asking for any of those. OK, in some cases could be a language barrier but this is manageable.

There was a problem with the noise coming from a nearby club(?), but this was not property fault. Access road is not in a good condition, but this again is not property fault. Actually, not everything is perfect as needed for a maximum rating, but the rating is to encourage the resort and people working there

Ambiance of the resort is extravagant and service is excellent. Whatever you need you need to tell them and it will be arranged. Good pool, good sports club are the best attractions.

Network connectivity is weak and this needs to be focused on . If you plan to work from the room it's not good decision. So won't recommend for office purposes. Even wi-fi sometimes don't cover the entire room.

Location, facilities, rooms, foods all are wonderful.

Staff are demanding money for everything like check in, parking your car,etc. It is not acceptable for this kind of resort that its employees are demanding money.

Toddlers play area needs a staff supervision

In room dining service is bit costly like one mineral water is cost ou 236Rs

Location and ambiance was super with superior breakfast. Staff was polite and helpful. Room was very neat and clean.

Lighting in room was very low. Mobile network was the biggest issue in room however out side of the it was perfect.

Water park was shut. Food was too spicy. Rates are high for food as there is nothing around the property to buy
