Good location. Rooms were comfortable. Food was good.

The staff at breakfast/dinner, always on top of you every few mins and different people come to you and makes it confusing when you’ve already ordered from someone else. I understand that they were caring and just being good but I think that there should be one dedicated waitron so that nothing gets confused and avoid becoming irritating when there are several people seeing to your needs. Also, I had booked a massage but really didn’t enjoy it as much as I thought, in fact I came out of there more in pain than when I went in, and requested for medium to gentle pressure. Almost felt like it was a repeated action throughout the body and very rough. Overall, it’s a beautiful place that just needs some TLC in certain areas, especially for a 5 star hotel.

The staff were brilliant, the rooms were clean and everything within the room was kept spotless. Only comment I would have is that the walls and sides have seen some.damage due to luggage knocks which could Painted. One restaurant staff exceeded in duties and deserved and pat on the back from his management. Weldone young man.

When we booked the massage for both me and my wife, I specifically asked for me it should be man for massage not a women, the receptionist said no issues with that and we booked for a specific time. When, me and my wife came down, I was told it would be a lady doing the massage for me which was not acceptable and reiterated that I had specifically asked for a male to do the massage. I had to refuse, and was very disappointed as I was so looking forward to the massage, especially as I had a very tense last few days.

Smooth check in and check out, staff really responsive and friendly. Spotless room, bed sooo comfortable, swimming pool sort of hidden behind trees (so pretty). Great business stay. Special shoutout to Utsav :)

The only downside for me is not super major : my first room service order was completely wrong, I mean I'm not super picky but come on. And it sounded like I was annoying whoever was on the phone with my requests... Not so great.

There was nothing not to like. Right from check in to check out the entire staff was very friendly and cordial. Special thanks to Akash from restaurant to Hiteshji, Hirani and team from reception to the chef everyone made sure that my trip was not only comfortable but also accommodating. I’m sorry if I’m not able to recall everyone’s name but a big thanks to everyone from the bottom of my heart. Thank you everyone for making it a memorable trip.

The lift doors were malfunctioning a bit at times

Wonderful stay, great breakfast, comfy rooms, very attentive staff. Huge thanks to: Hemaben on reception - always smiling and ready to help. Monikaben our housekeeper - kept our rooms lovely. Vinod at breakfast - always making sure we have our chai topped up. Bidishaben at breakfast - always looking after us. And mr Afsar Ali - always welcoming us from our car with a smile and always helping us with our bags!

The property and location was very good. The hospitality team right through to catering team and cleaning staff were all amazing and greeted us with a smile and ready to help in every way. A wonderful team of people taking care of their visitors with a smile. We shall certainly recommend this place to our friends and family.
