We stayed at Uday Palace Navsari from May6th to May13, and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The hotel is excellent - clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious, modern, and made for a very relaxing stay. Palace for sure. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. A special mention to Kunal, who was this specially helpful and friendly throughout our stay. His hospitality truly made a difference. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Navsari. We'll definitely return on our next trip!

The room was spacious, thoroughly neat and clean. I liked the Breakfast spread. The property was overall very well managed

They should add more variety at the live counter during Breakfast. The coffee should be served in Coffee mug not in Tea glass cup (cutting chai type cup). Most importantly, since this property is far from the city centre. So more number of hotel cabs should be available especially when you are travelling late to hotel.

A top class hotel in Navsari allowing ease of access to nearby points of interest.

One off but the workman started work at 7am creating very loud noise - it seems work is still being done on the property although it is fully open. Mine was an international booking made using AMEX credit card. On day of arrival, was advised I could not use it as machine was not working and would need to pay with local CC or cash. I had neither. Fortunately machine working and I was able to use my Barclaycard to pay.

The buffet breakfast and dinner were superb. The menu choices for ala carte were also very good. The service in the dining room was wonderful as the team was very attentive. I did not get a chance to explore the outside property but from what I saw through the room window, it is beautiful.

Breakfast was excellent

The size of the room, was too small. There was barely any furniture in the room. Lack of luggage rack. Bathroom and washbasin was impracticable. Very difficult to get to the shower room. The walk- in shower room was too small, with the door in the way. However, the bed was brilliant. We found this experience with Radisson Hotels everywhere.

Fabulous looking hotel with all the comforts .It's a new hotel with excellent facilities including cafe type venue and full a la carte menu too.They have a dedicated play area and a movie theater!! Staff there who made a difference were Vishnu, Priya Patel(sales manager with a wealth of information! )and also service from Sanjay,Rajesh Ahir and Shivam. House keeping stars were Suprakash, Atul Gopal

Beautiful, excellent hotel with great service and cannot fault this hotel stay. Staff were very helpful, thank you to Limani, Priya, Rintu, Rohit and Ashish for being attentive, helpfull and always happy to help. Location advise to stay at the back of hotel for less noise from main busy road. Would stay here again with pleasure.

The screen in the theatre was low so could not see the lower part of the screen. The glass shower screens in the rooms should be cleaned everyday

Doesnt feel like your in Navsari at all. Feels like a palace, pool was amazing and warm. Staff were very friendly and did everything we asked.

The obvious location of the noisy highway however we still managed to get a great sleep.
