This is one of the best places to stay in Tirunelveli, offering brand-new rooms equipped with all modern amenities. The hotel is newly built, and the rooms are spacious and well-maintained. From start to finish, the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and efficient, ensuring a seamless experience. We had a wonderful stay during our three-week vacation in India and were thrilled to have found this place. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and added to the overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tirunelveli. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to returning in the future!

I would highly recommend to have a fitness centre in the hotel

The property is recently built. It is sliightly away from downtown. One of the best attributes of the property is the quality of the rooms and the linen. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. All the fixtures are new and are of excellent quality. Most of the rooms offer good view. What I liked most is the availability of excellent restaurant (which also caters to room service) in the ground floor.

The staff in the front desk will need more trainiing and better orieintation towards the clients. Parking facility will need improvement. The area around the reception is too small to seat even three people comfortably.

First I was given a room with no outside view and completely closed on all sides - after my request they immediately changed the room and gave me room with city view specifically the highway bridge .. it was fantastic to sit and keep watching vehicles cruising over the bridge during night hours .. we were sitting till 12 midnight and enjoying .. Secondly the room itself , very spacious with all facilities .. Great stay

Food --. it was good in the restaurant but food served in Room was below average .

Clean and good sized rooms. Breakfast was decent with sufficient variety. Taste was also good. Location is a bit away, like 20 mins, from town so take this into consideration based on your purpose of visit. Has good veg and non-veg eateries beside the hotel.

Nothing major. Nitt picking.. Minor things like water bottles could be larger instead of the small ones. TV package subscriptions could be activated according to customer's interest. Parking is not sheltered.

This is a new hotel and hence most of things are functional. The quality as well as ambiene in the room was excellent. The restaurant located in the ground floor of the same building was really good.

Not sure if the hotel is located in the heart of the city. The corridors could have been better designed. One thing I disliked was the attitude of the front desk staff, none of whom had a professional attiitude or disposition. As such there is hardly any space to receive visitors at the recception

I particularly enjoyed the lunch at Udhaya vilas NV hotel downstairs. The room size was also big. The room was quiet and had good facilities.

I did not like the response from staff in the morning during complimentary breakfast. We were running short of time and had to leave early. When I requested that some portion of breakfast be delivered to room directly, they hesitated and asked me to fill the plate myself.

Good breakfast buffet with a pleasing range of options to suit every palate. Friendly and respectful staff.

The location is about 9 kms from the railway station, do it is suitable only for travellers with their own transport. However there are plenty of food options with two restaurants and a snack shop with ice creams, juices snd chaats

Good and sumptuous variety of South Indian food . Staff was very polite and helpful Very comfortable stay Neat rooms and toilets Restaurant was having good menu and food was quite good Value for money Will stay here when ever passing thru in future . Keep up the good work . Will also recommend to my relatives and friends

Ambience

Car cleaning is not up to my expectation. Though I paid for my 3 days stay,last day no cleaning done since car cleaner was on off that day. No alternative arranged. One Mr Bahadur took initiative and arranged cleaning after my complaint to him. The staff on duty was evasive. Pl correct this.

Good value for money. close to highway and therefore ideal for an overnight halt. Good food. Very good restaurants in the ground floor. Friendly staff.

The room a bit smaller than expected. Bathroom fixtures required better maintenance. The shower sprayed water in different directions. But rectification came in fast.
