The location was perfect—tucked away enough to feel peaceful, but still close to center. As it is in a lane opposite to Rama Ashram. Courteous staff, they are attentive, making us feel welcome right away. I especially loved the delecious food at the restaurant. (authentic telugu restaurant ) Seshanga Spa provides excellent Ayurvedic massage experience. Ms Kamala ans Mr Kirubakaran are amazing in providing spa services.

I think in the weekends like Saturdays its very crowded at the restaurant and even restaurant staff cannot handle :) :(. We stayed Friday, Saturday. So we experienced the situation on Saturday evening. This is my first stay at this hotel and second visit to restaurant. First time I had Dibba rotte-panakam, but this time Panakam was missing, disapponted, but other items were good.

The breakfast included us a very inidan breakfast, which you can get everywhere. But a good coffee comes with it! Sherez: very good and quiet inself reception manager. Thank you for all this, Sheref! And: the to be renovated hotel has a rather good "soul", trywing with Ashram Ramanushi...This w asxfor me more important than the last cleanliness...!

The cleanljness in old kitchen Is NO CLEANLINESS AT ALL! THE NICE VEGGIE RESTAURANT ON PREMISESS IS COOKING RATHER GOOD SOUPS, BUT THE MAIN MENUS WERE ONLY AVERAGED. The nice Terrasse is due to construction no terrace!

Ranjit greeted us at the desk to facilitate the check-in. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, there was a room ready for us and Ranjit was quick to check us in and get us into our room. Vijay escorted us with our luggage, insisting on carrying everything. He showed us around the room and made sure everything was in working order, including the A/C. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. It had a lovely fenced balcony so that you could enjoy it without worrying about monkeys stopping in for a visit. The bathroom, kitchen and living room space were very clean with ample space. Our stay at Ramana Towers felt like a home away from home. Throughout our stay, the team always greeted us with smiles and happily assisted with any requests we had. Thank you to Ranjit, Suresh, Murugan and Mohan at the front desk for all your help during our stay. We enjoyed it very much and look forward to returning.

TV should be better organised, Internet connection slow or often off, but it was not so important

Hotel was clean and neat. Had a lift and decent space for car parking. The area was residential and is close to ramana ashram. Felt safe. Had decent amenities in the room.

Breakfast or food was not great. They were just opening the restaurant and were not managed at that time. Even in the night there was no food available. Its not on the main road and having a vehicle is easier to commute. Apartment had only one toilet and it took time for everyone to get ready.

Good Ambient and Location.

After reaching, they said Booking on my name is not there even after showing my booking id. They already called me before check in n confirmed as delayed due to train. After showing call records they searched and confirmed. I didnt liked it. From the day i checked in there is no TV remote. After several follow up's and visits to reception, they said will send, but till check out they not sent remote. Room service phone ringing but no response

Host Ranjeet was very nice. rooms were Clean. Room had a kitchen and refridgerator. Additional cleaning request addressed immediately. Restaurant (Amrutha) in same premises. Breakfast had a variety.Restaurant staff too was very courteous. Parking.

Without our consent, the breakfast which they bought, returned back as the breakfast time was over. We are back after Girivalam, hoping to have the breakfast. They didn't try to help us to order lunch or get some stuff to eat for kids atleast. This is a minor one, hope they will consult the person in the future before sending the breakfast back. Close to Ramana ashram,temple and giri valam route.

The approach road is not good and the car parking was difficult. The construction workers made the drivers resting place uncomfortable.(The drivers should get enough rest for their profession) The management should look into it.

Location, size of the accommodation

The restaurant is franchised and is a mess. Breakfast is fixed every day - a plate of bits, no choice, no fresh juices, no scond helpings and no choice. All the choices you must pay for separately. A big no considering it is not really cheap place.
