The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ujjain for Mahakal Darshan

Amazing service and support provided by the team Shree Mahakal Kripa . Special Thanks to the owner Namami . She was lovely , committed and took extra mile to make sure that my comfort and security were attended to . Also the staff was very polite and friendly .

It is very close to the temple and the corridor, staff is friendly and helping in nature. The room decor is good. The big mirror helps women to wear a saree perfectly.
There is scope for more cleanliness in the room and the reception area. Wi fi range catchers must be installed. There is low range for phone calls too. They should try to control the noise levels. We couldn't sleep at night due to noises coming from the reception and especially from the people staying in the neighboring rooms. TV in the room is an android tv that needed internet connection and was not connected so no use of it. We paid a high price just for the location being very near to the temple. Even the neighbourhood is unclean with open gutters and narrow lanes.

Hotel staff and service is good. Location of the property is very near to the mahakal temple. But you have to walk in a street to the hotel. Which is not clean. Hotel room are newly renovated. Small issues are there. Little costly also.

This hotel is a SCAM it's dirty and rats are running around, which is obvious because dustbins with food wastage are just in the corridors for days. See photo. The staff is highly unpleasant, rude and they have no hospitality ethics.
