The kindness and helpfulness of Ritik Kumar and Kailash, two young smiling and friendly guys. The terrace on the ghat had a wonderful view. The food consumed on the terrace was also excellent.

The structure is hidden in some alleys from which, if you don't know, you don't know how to get out. The quality-price ratio is to forget, probably they doubled because of the celebration of those days. In fact, for that amount, I expected much more. I think it is still under construction because the second and third floors were unused with the workers.

Location near ghat is good. Staff is good helping people . Rooms are clean . Rates are reasonable.

Hot water geyser is not working. Approach road is very narrow you can reach by walking about 300 meter

The location and the staff's help when AC stopped working in the middle of the night. They gave me a new room where AC worked so that i could sleep well.

The Room size was small plus no Room service and flat screen TV as promised prior to booking.. Just because of the manager's behaviour and staff's co-operation i give better rating.. Booking.com i hope u stop fooling people.. I know its u in collaboration with hotel owners just fooling people and extracting money from them while problems are left to be faced by customers like me and underpaid staffs I am giving up booking.com fooling me since 2021 Thank you
