I found this hotel through aggregator websites. Selected this hotel for a great price. The hotel is equipped with convenience, staff is very helpful, rooms are comfortable , restaurant food is excellent, parking facilities are available on the spot, cloak room facility was provided to me and it was great.

What didn't go well is (1) The location of the hotel is a bit off, so for e.g. there are no provision store nearby and (2) some items in the room were not working as expected (for e.g. money safe and toilet flush switch).

We enjoyed our brief stay at the hotel as our domestic flight was cancelled and we had to stay one additional night in Varanasi. The staff was very kind. The premises are clean and comfortable. The restaurant offers basic but reasonable options for dinner and breakfast. The building hosts several businesses and can be quite busy. The rooftop lounge and swimming pool are two examples. We also appreciated the shuttle service to the airport. Overall this is an option with great value for a casual stay in the fascinating city of Varanasi.

quite far away from the city centre i did not understand why i had to pay at check out 10% extra tax when it was written on booking that all charges and tax were inclueded- no receipt obviously

All aspects are good ... staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Rooms are good, comfortable, and clean.

Distance from the city center and Kashi Vishwanath Temple is quite far. Not a feasible option if one is frequently making visits to Kashi area.

The Ambience of the Hotel and room, washroom was very neat and clean, rooms were spacious. Staff made comfortable my stay, waiters and room service staff were very polite and well mannered. Hotel location is very nice, on highway so don't need to waste time in traffic.

Staff was very friendly and helpful We arrived at night and they prepared extra meal for me because l couldn't eat from buffet as l can't eat spicy. Food was delicious and fresh made. Room was clean and comfortable Thanks for this nice experience

The hotel is actually very good and stay was very comfortable. Especially the food is very good. Children had real fun in the swimming pool of the hotel.location of the hotel is also very good far from maddening crowd yet comfortably close to the city .

The facilities and the staff. Peaceful, quiet room with a shower cubicle and telephone shower.

Slightly away from the centre (6 km) but well connected (Ola sedan for Rs. 280).

Rooms were very clean n spacious n nice hospitality.. they offered us a early check-in based on availability.

There is no one to clean the car even on paid basis Hotel staff shud arrange someone for people travelling by road.

Clean and Comfortable rooms, decent amenities, extremely friendly staff.

Location was bit far from centre, but could manage with local taxi.
