Amazingly nice, clean hotel with all basic facilities. The staff were courteous and helpful. Location wise it's good in a peaceful locality. The room looked quite new and bathroom were clean and tidy. Recommended for family travels.

There was no food option. But in banaras we wouldn't need anything hotel there are ample options.

2nd day staff didn’t clean the room properly , light was cutoff 11pm to 3am , bcoz the hotel was new there was no genset in the hotel , but the owner was good they refunded some money that was nice gesture…

The room was fabulous.. even the staff who attended us during check in was reallt very helpful.

My room was inclusive of breakfast. But the hotel doesnt have a kitchen so they order the food frrom nearby restaurant. Since we were leaving early morning i requested for brkfst to be packed for us whi h was aloo paratha and bread butter. Also when u opt for brkfst in the package its logical to get tea coffee with itm but when i asked they denied And later when they sent they were asking me to pay Also the same was for water They asked me to pay for water besides the 500mlx 2 bottles on the room. So basically they dont count water and coffee / tea in the breakfast inclusive package whicb is disgusting. For. 5140 rs room only one item each for each guest without water and hot beverages. This behaviour made me think again to visit this property Thnx

They threw us out with a fever this morning, even though we had a reservation! Outrageous inhumanity!

Upon check-in, we were offered a choice of two rooms: a Deluxe room and a large double room. The first was slightly smaller with a window facing a wall, while the second was larger with a window overlooking the courtyard. We paid for two nights in the larger room and checked in. By evening, we discovered that the plumbing in our room was not working. The toilet was leaking loudly, the shower mixer was not functioning, and there was no hot water. As a result, we had to move to a smaller room. No refund was offered, and no apology was given. After staying for a couple of nights, I requested a Form C in the evening as our visa was about to expire. Despite having a Booking.com reservation, we were woken up in the morning and asked to leave the premises. Despite showing the confirmed booking, the receptionist stated that they had canceled my reservation an hour prior and demanded that I leave immediately. We were forced to hurriedly gather our belongings while the staff continuously called us and knocked on the door, even though the hotel was empty. This was a terrible experience, and the staff's inhumane behavior completely disrupted our plans and left us stranded on the street, despite the fact that my husband and I were both ill with a fever. The hotel is very mediocre and not worth the money.

A hotel refused to honor a confirmed reservation. This is a frustrating and inconvenient experience.
