The staff was very supportive, promptly providing everything we needed with just a call. It was a great experience, and I look forward to visiting again in the future.

We were unaware that the window was open all night, which led to a lot of mosquitoes entering the room. Which was irritating

The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. I had a little issue with the booking which was sorted out immediately. Problems escalated were addressed immediately.

The location. Don't plan for early flight as it is very far from airport almost 45 to 50 minutes in car and consider traffic. You have to rely on few restaurant options available near hotel for dining.

Very nice stuff, friendly, flexible in some minor arrangements. Clean nice room and bathroom.

Location is not ideal for those who came to see Vasai fort and beaches, it’s in the opposite end of the two, and given the traffic getting there takes about 1 hour at least

I booked a Superior Room however the Front desk girl ( I didn't got her name) but she upgraded it to a Deluxe Room and that was really a sweet gesture as I visited there for my Birthday. All the Front desk staff and helpers are friendly. Enjoyed our stay there. Highly Recommended💖

Room size and texture shows on booking were different . Don't book for deluxe room shows on booking hence everything was perfect. food was tasty. Dental kit not provided

The stay was very nice and relaxing.

Staff is good and some are annoying. They didn't listen to you when you are telling them that tv is not working recharge the tata sky. They telling us watch you tube channel on wifi or you can watch ott channels on your login. On tv you will get free channels only. We are there for relaxation but we have to watch everything in our phone.

Tamil channels on television will not work.. Even though wifi in tv is always not connected properly

The hotel is very close to National highway. Room was good and nice. Food was good. Staff was courteous.
