The ambience was beautiful. Most importantly the staff were very friendly and courteous. I would especially like to mention Mr Feroz Khan here, the activity Manager and Mr Balaji from restaurant. Mr Khan is a multi tasker and helped us with everything. He ensured the kids were well entertained The breakfast buffet was brilliant.

The in room dinning experince can be improved. One night they comoletely forgot our order and it got delayed and other night they sent half of the order. The brownie was excessively sweet.

Great Trails Yercaud Hotel is like an oasis in the sky. The elevated setting and architecture of this well-maintained complex is enchanting, the photos not doing it justice. I really liked the setout of the room (valley view) and it was lovely sitting out on the balcony above the clouds looking onto the scenery far below. While we skipped dinner, the breakfast and lunch options were tasty - fresh with lots of variety. The dining room was an experience in itself, with views of the valley and trees. The staff were friendly and helpful and there was a lot of attention to detail so as to ensure our comfort. The hotel put on many events and were evidently family and dog-friendly with even a special play area for the dogs. We enjoyed the free tiffin in the afternoons at 4pm again with breathtaking views. Overall a really good experience and we would come again.

We really loved the ambience, service, cleanliness of the place. Staff were very professional to take care of our requests. Breakfast was well spread & the food was absolutely wonderful. Santosh & Das who were at the restaurant was very polite & wonderful. We had to leave early & our breakfast was neatly packed & given to us. Very happy with the stay. Massage facility was awesome.

Location is bit off...

The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. They consistently went out of their way to ensure we received outstanding service, making our experience truly memorable.

The only feedback I have is that the gym could benefit from some upkeep. However, when I shared this with the hotel staff, they promptly took action to address it.

The location of the hotel is fantastic - the first property on the 21st bend as you go up the Yercaud drive with beautiful view of the lake from the top, Restaurants have an excellent choice of the menu - the best being the south Indian facilities with a provision for other varieties. The staff is extremely customer friendly and are prompt on the service in spite of the weekend rush which sees the occupancy at full capacity. Great place for a short break in the midst of nature. The resort also has excellent options for indoor recreation for kids/children and an even better option for outdoor - including zipline, box cricket and a nature trail organized by the experts.

The 2-in-1 setup of Restaurant Sky Rocca is a let down! It’s not quite accessible for people who stay especially down near the Trails/Pool view blocks, it’s only accessible and friendly for people who only come to restaurant. There should be a small second restaurant for people who stay! The restaurant also has not so good seating setup for managing peak capacity, guests keep running into each other! Chairs are colourful but not too much space consuming for the space! Maintenance could be better, my room Safe locker wasn’t ready and till one evening before I checkout after I followed up twice! Towels weren’t placed properly.

GReaT trails Yercaud by GRT Hotels far exceeded my expectations, especially after having stayed at other hotels in Yercaud. Sure, it's a bit pricey but it's money well spent for a delightful experience. The staff were amazing and attentive, responding immediately to any feedback, including my comment that the jacuzzi wasn't working (turned out I hadn't turned on the right switch). The room was modern, well-furnished, and comfortable, and had an amazing view. The bed allowed me to have a good night's sleep, and breakfast was satisfying. I was also impressed with the strong Wi-fi network, which was pretty bad during my stays at other Yercaud hotels. I had avoided the hotel in the past because I thought the hotel was too far away from the main town but I was wrong. A brisk walk will get you there in 15-20 minutes. I also liked the little Sky Walk near the restaurant--it's interesting to look down when you're standing on the clear glass parts of the walkway. Overall, a wonderful property with charming staff.

The staff were always ready to help with a big smile always and that was the best part. The food and the beauty of the resort and the rooms were just an addition. Hands down the best resort I have stayed till date

Full marks for the location and the ambience. Lots of activities planned within the resort. Swimming pool is very good. Very good choice for vacation in Yercaud. Really appreciate all the staffs for being so courteous and professional.

Driver Dormitory - have requested the team to expand the facility. Food can be slightly better. Overall very satisfying experience.
