the staffs are so nice and everything was easy. The location is perfect, you can reach everything from cafés to beaches only in 5 minutes. It’s not loud even tho Canggu is super busy. The swimming pool is also cute, sadly we didn’t have time for swimming. Will stay there again next time

It’s an OK location and the pool looked good

The room I was given had a completely blocked out window because of construction. So it was like living in a jail cell. The noise of construction was unbearable, coming from two construction sites (banging and drilling) immediately near the property. I told the management that I wanted to leave and get a refund but all they would offer is a room change which would not solve the issue of construction noise. They wouldn’t offer any refund. Clearly just more concerned about revenue than their reputation. I would NOT recommend anyone stay here even if you think you will save some money.

The place is in very bad condition and dirty. The room is very small with mold on the walls and very bad smell. I don’t even wanna talk about kitchen. It’s not even useful, because it looks so dirty.

There is construction that wakes you up at 7am and it is very dirty. nothing was clean, we did not enjoy our stay
