The friendly staff at the villa, they were able to answer any questions we had regarding the local area and any other issues we had with the villas and also what are some good places to eat and where to go out for the night

The pool was a little to cold for my liking, If we were able to turn the pool temperature up it would of been perfect, the shower pressure was a little bit hit or miss sometimes same with the hot water in the shower, the wifi was also a hit or miss in parts of the villa working great in some parts of the villa or not working what so ever in some locations

Nice villa with full hotel facilities, great location with convenience shop, laundry , massage centre and fitness centre nearby. easy access to Canggu busy streets yet escape to the noisy part as this is a road behind. morning breakfast was great, bed was comfy, spacious rooms and bathroom. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended for family holiday.

I have a 12 year old girl stayed with us, and we already mentioned there are total 7 pax, but when requested for 7 set breakfast was being refused.

Exactly as described. The villa is stunning, spacious, well air conditioned, cleaned every day by lovely and considerate staff, with amenities provided. The pool is large and well maintained. There are restaurants, laundry, convenience and food stores all within 100m. It was so quiet. The staff were truly wonderful and responsive. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Thank you so much!

Everything was perfect, especially the hospitality. The check-in manager would contact you few days in advance to ensure smooth check-in. Upon check in, check-out and any request during the stay the staff were helpful and responsive.

It's not a big deal, but we would expect the amenities in the bathroom to be replenished every time the room is cleaned. We had to call the receptionist to ask for extra as the ones from the previous days were finished. All in all, the staff will cater our requests swiftly.

Very quiet. Clean with good aircon. The staff were very helpful and kind.

We had no hot water for a day but they did try very hard to get it fixed as soon as they could. Although we had a kitchen there were no cooking utensils.

Great location and easier to get a grab to the main strip for bars and clubs. Very clean and well kept villa with really friendly staff, modern facilities throughout. Would come back for sure

The outdoor area is very shaded and you don’t get much chance to sunbathe, the breakfast is not great either.

I liked that it is close to food places, beach clubs and convenience store.

I just didn't like how it can get super traffic during rush hours, and drivers increase their price by a lot to pick you up if you're going somewhere.

The location is near to the popular attractions ie. Canggu beach. The Villa is huge and clean. Staff were professional and excellent!

Good place to stay, but staff are bit tricky about small little things like spoons and glasses missing or broken while you check out. Towels are washed but very old and muggy.

No proper utensils provided and staff charging heavily for small glass break.

The staff were exceptional, all very friendly and very helpful. Ready to help any time of the day. YUNI and Devi and the team made our stay very enjoyable, comfortable and pleasant. Will definitely come back. My whole family was impressed. Well done Sotis.
