The hotel's location is perfect, right across from the airport. The free evening pickup service from the airport was a good service that made our arrival easy and stress-free. The room is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was a major highlight. The variety was outstanding, with a huge selection of hot and cold dishes, including many meat and vegetable options. There were also fresh fruit juices and a great dessert bar. The breakfast was excellent value for money, and I highly recommend adding this option to your stay.

We wanted the free shuttle to the airport. Two days before, the staff said it would be available. The day before, they said the first shuttle was at 7 a.m. Our flight was at 7 a.m. We needed to be at the airport at 5 a.m. The staff then booked us three Bluebird taxis for 4:30 a.m. The drivers did not use the meters. The fare was 24,000 to 28,000 Rupiah per taxi. It was an unexpected cost.

Good place for a quick Overnight stay close to the airport. Very helpfull staff who helped me deal with contacting an airline to resolve travel issues. Reasturant was ok, but not great. Was comfy and quiet enough.

A bit dated, and our taxi for an early departure didnt end up getting booked. the front desk person did a great job sorting it for us.

Very nice and helpful personnel, comprehensive breakfast, spacious and clean, well equipped room, professional service. It was my 5th or 6th stay in this hotel, I am always happy to be there.

Window view, guy in the mosque screaming very loud at 0400 every day- there is no chance to sleep.

The location was very convenient, really close to the airport. We were offered a free upgrade and the room was very spacious. Room service was on time and the food was better than expected.

The restaurant was busy having a karaoke night for locals, the music was very loud and you couldn't stand a chance to dine fairly there. Breakfast could have some more international choices, there were many weird savoury and sweet Indonesian choices.

We were treated so well here from the moment the hotel's driver met us at the airport to the time we checked out. We were upgraded at check-in and gifted a tropical fruit plate as a welcome gift. The dinner buffet was exceptional in choice and quality. We only stayed one night, but what a wonderful introduction to Indonesian Borneo - we felt like minor rock stars.

There is mold in fridge (not being continuously clean), carpet have spots (must wear hotel slipper).

From check in to check out, our stay was absolutely delightful. The room was spacious and clean, and we had a lovely view of the pool. (Please note: the central pool belongs to the private apartments, not the hotel. The hotel's pool is upstairs and is rectangular, still a good size for some relaxing laps) Breakfast was really nicely laid out and had plenty of options for people who wanted continental and for those who wanted something more local and traditional.

Excellent value for money, Two nights bed and breakfast for £106 can't be beaten. Extra for evening meal but still very very reasonably priced.

Clean and modern rooms!

The pool was small. I thought the big pool next door was part of the hotel, but that was not the case unfortunately. I wish it was!
