Room not clean well. Reception not too welcome. In smoking room don't have ashtray.

I only like HOTEL BREAKFAST. Room price including the breakfast. Hotel offered variety of different foods that vary each day. All the staff were helpful dan friendly. I rented a car and they provide free parking.

When I made a booking I mentioned I need room with TWIN BED, but assigned room was deluxe queen size bed. They did not see the message and don't bother to check the messaged. No point of communicating UNLESS maybe call hotel directly. Hotel location was great, but the facilities were poor. Room had water heater, but no hot water came out. Towel that supposed to be WHITE in colour became yellowish. NO hand towel. NO HAIR DRYER. When I requested extra towel, extra towel MUST PAY. Room provide mini dry kitchen but NO UTENSILs. Swimming pool look nice, but the water a little murky and always had dead insect floating especially at the kids pool. There were many leaves inside the swimming pool, as you swim occasionally the leaves touched our body that startled us. In few places, floor uneven, so watch the steps while walking. If only they could maintain the facilities well... with the good service and great location that they have now, it would be perfect and it can be one of the most favorite hotel in BALIKPAPAN.

The hotel is dirty, need maintenance in the room and building. The staff is friendly, but they deliberately put us in the room with NO view, eventhough the occupancy is low, and many rooms are available.

The room size is good. Good for a small family.

Bathrooms are bad. No proper lights in the room. Aircon in bad shape. Worn out towels. Overall the hotel need overhauling. Just by changing name quality doesn't improve. Staff is supposed to be bilingual bit maximum cannot communicate in English.

The hotel is old and definitely not worth the price paid!there are much better hotels in the area.

the hotel staff, especially the receptionist, are not friendly, irresponsible, very very unprofessional. rooms are not as requested, rooms are dirty, and smell of cigarettes even though the rooms are non-smoking, dirty towels, dirty glasses, dirty beds, dirty floors. Complaints are only heard without any action. really don't recommend for a choice to stay especially during the holiday
