Friendly, welcoming and efficient staff. Great check in experience. Comfortable, clean and quiet room. Lovely little swimming pool. Absolutely superb breakfast. Really nice roof top restaurant with spectacular views. Excellent value for money all round.

Pressure in the bathroom shower was a bit weak and the tap rather hard to regulate so that the difference between boiling hot and quite cold water was very slight. Not the end of the world, however.

This place has a restaurant on the roof with an amazing view and one of the best coffees i ever had in Indonesia. Very friendly and helpfull staff as well.

The bed

The hotel only has 2 lifts. The waiting time is annoying. Maybe it was because when i stayed there, the hotel was full booked.

Location is perfect, near to eating spots. Bed is comfortable. Interior design at the lobby area is nice.

bathroom facility is inappropriate, water outlet on the floor is not disposing the water properly. ac is not cold, parking area is not sufficient. breakfast menu and taste could be better. swimming pool area is small, proper only for children to play.

location, staff, cleanlines was good. everything was okay, not exceptional with the price value but still okay.

chair was not meant for working, lights are all straight white while I was expecting the light is Warm White (a bit yellowish). The bathroom mat supposed to be thicker to make the floor dry, there is some water leakage in the toilet spray. Interior design was okay-ish. But overall everything was okay
