I really enjoy taking hot baths, relaxing in the steam room, savoring the variety of dishes available at breakfast, and the friendly staff in the accommodations.

Room so big for the executive room , the bed soooo bigger can fit 3/4 adult . And also the pillow was nice , TV can open youtube and can login your Netflix account because TV was android TV… View just a normal small town and near 23 Paskal mall & easily access to a food shop and small town area . But everything was clean except the toilet

Toilet dirty , slimy toilet floor … Need to use slippers to use toilet especially the bathroom…

Lovely place to stay. Had a beautiful sauna, swimming pool, steam room jacuzzi and cold bath which was incredible. We were offered breakfast in bed as part of our booking and the food was great. They even catered to requests to have the food early in the morning at like 6am so we could go on our tour. The hotel was in walking distance of pascal mall and food Court too. Bandung station just a walk away. Twin bed is supersingle bed. They clean the bedroom.every day and topup water,tissue,replace towel and shower soap. Have hairdryer in the bathroom. Iron can request from the housekeeping. Easy checkin and checkout. Just walk to the pascal mall.

The breakfast a bit pricy .150K rupiah per person. Breakfast menu are not worth the price.

outdoor/indoor pool. amazing rooftop and breakfast.

little outdated but thats the style. the front desk staff werent the most informed about how I could get to the airport late at night. FYI Use the Cititrans shuffle to get to Jakarta or Jakarta airport late at night.

Big room size, Large size for twin beds, Good facilities, Big Hotel, Good location, Affordable price, Good staff, Good breakfast, Comfort bed and High pressure water for shower. Everything was doing good.

Maybe because of pandemic and occupancy was low before, some spots not well maintain and dusty. Also amenities looks old and dirty, should be change with new one.

- the location is great - the staff was helpful and friendly, we ordered some food almost at midnight, we got it in 30 minutes - the bed was comfy

- the cleanness could be improved- hair on the floor, garbage from previous guests, mold on the ceiling

I reserved Junior Suite, the room quite okay, spacious. Ada bathtub dan air panas berfungsi dengan baik. Akses ke Paskal Hyperpoint amat sangat mudah.

Breakfast is so so. Room is clean but can improve more, dust in nook area.
