The staff, the amenities, the facilities are awesome, but I prefer bathroom with shower and no bathup

First check in room 1006 there's an odor issue, a bit smoke probably from previous guest

Room is clean as usual but my second time stay here a bit disappointed, because got room at new building, WiFi can connected, no hot shower, no iron..the price worth it.. Staff are friendly and helpful. Near to bandung top attraction.. But as at bandung always Macet hahaha..so take time even it 4.5KM will take about 30 min

No WiFi can't connected, have to go near coffee house or swimming pool, ask many time about iron, no iron have return from other guest, all 3 room booked, no hot shower, not functioning during our stay.. Hope hotel management can improve it.

the room was old, escpecially at standard room. the furniture was old, and many fungus on bathroom.

Pathetic amenities and pathetic staff. I booked 2 rooms double bed and initially they give one double and one twin.then I asked to change and later in one room the aircon was not working, so they again change my room and gave twin bed. The aircon of that room was also not working and it was 11 pm night. I was with my small kid and old parents and it was very hard to manage things. Next day again when I told about this to the manager,she was least bothered and said sorry. I told her I will escalate this matter to the hotel association and she said ok you can. This is how booking.com have their clients.
