Value for money. Decent room, just right.not overpriced as the hotels in the braga street center.

WiFi in the room drops after a while (too many log in ??)..must step out to the hall to reconnect 😡. Insects on the fresh fruit.. but remedie is to ask special new portion just for you. Not in walking distance of braga street, but this you know, but gocar is cheap 30.000 rp and so the location is very worthwhile!

Room setup was sufficient for couple. It has all the amenities needed for short stay or transit, or form people who like to spend more times roaming the city that staying at the hotel Newly built building with sustainability mindset. I like the fact that I can refill my water myself from the available water dispenser Fair breakfast in the morning, with choice of Indonesian and Western menu.

It was a bit noisy during my stay as they held a wedding event next door, and my room was very close to the venue. Maybe that might the case for weekend stays ?

The location is super good (we're using car)

we requested extra bed on booking.com but the hotel doesn't know anything and the rate of the extra bed is different from what was stated at booking.com. Also the hotel is not answering any message from booking.com, but we can call them.

Open air concept. Lot of fresh and airy room. Good city centre location. Very clean, well-maintained and compact room.

I travel for work and I might need a table and a chair for my late night zoom meeting or overtime work in the room. May I suggest to incorporate a little table and a little chair in the room? Thanks

It’s clean and close to many places I wanted to go to. Staff are responsive and so warm

No ramp for my elderly mother who has difficulty in taking teh stairs to reach the lobby

Amazing and very helpful staff. The room was nice and clean.

Breakfast was okay but there’s room improvement. Porridge was too salty and there were small bugs flying near the puddings. Tables weren’t too clean - some tables were left with leftover food from other guests. The wifi connection was a bit slow.

The parking ticket for tenant not very convenient, should have combine with room card so that the guest can tap in and out smoothly without need to go to counter every time.

The location was quiet and in the centre of cafe and resto. The staff were nice and helpful, The pillow great and the bed very comfy.

Lovely hotel, clean and modern. Staff are always easy to reach via WhatsApp and are so friendly. Breakfast was yummy too. Close to the centre and easy to get around.

WiFi was quite slow

Location is great, quiet at night. Staff is amazing, great hospitality. New modern hotel interior design.

No free toiletries provided & the room & toilet is quite small. But still considered okay vis a vis the price paid.
