All the staff act very nice and profesional to me and my family, specialy for miss andita (Thank you for your hospita;ity), the room very clean and the extra bed are confey to.

to bed that the swimming pool can't not be use that day, because of the maintanance that schedule, coz the purpose for me and my family visit the hotel is for the swimming pool, but its okey, maybe next visit, we can use it. thank You

The location within area to RS Mitra Bekasi Barat and Met Mall. Easier for us to find food and all that. We always choose the hotel whenever we need to visit the hospital.

Somehow, the tv channel doesnt provide AXN which for us it is a choice to watch. However, we once booked another room and AXN is available.

This hotel it’s just right on top of a big mall it’s very convenient. There are super market, bread shop, shopping mall I can get anything I need during my stay in this hotel and the breakfast is good. We will go back there for sure.

Location in Bekasi is great. Shopping mall galore. Nice hotel, great breakfast buffet; clean rooms with all amenities, staff is very helpful

Too bad the swimming pool was under renovation and the wifi was availability could be better. Other than that a great hotel.

It connects to a mall and my kids loved the pool. The room was spacious with fluffy floor and a real mini fridge (the one that really can freeze some ice cube)!

It was quite far to go to the lobby and required us to hop on and off elevators since I stayed at the other tower but the bridge made every trip to the lobby and back to my room enjoyable

Great view from higher floor room. Quiet, well appointed room though slightly dated. Excellent staff, very professional and attentive. Good breakfast.

All of it. The staff are nice, very informative. Even the front gate security is very nice too. Room is clean. The pool is clean, too bad not many sitting in there.

When in the busy hour, the hot water is not that hot. But its ok fine. Wouldve been better if it was hot.

The interconnecting room, because we've traveled with our 2 kids. It was abit difficult to find interconnecting rooms in other hotels around Bekasi. The swimming pool area is nice. The breakfast is varied and good. Love the variations alot. It's closeby a mall, so it was easy to find foods 😋

The location is excellent the hotel is good the staff nice and friendly. The room tidy and clean.

The check out was 12 clock but one hour before I received 3 reminder from staff I feel that bit annoyed. The breakfast not bad except an omelette was held too salty.
