Everything was good, the place, the atmosphere, the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff.

The breakfast is too standard for a star hotel. The cleanliness of the tableware is a bit poor. Two days wanting to enjoy the pleasure of breakfast was interrupted by a dirty coffee cup as if it had not been washed. Instantly lost the feeling of wanting to enjoy warm morning coffee.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed there for 17 days and every day the room cleaned, sheets & towel changed and the equipment was filled. It was a nice stay. The location was not far from the highway & train station.

It's a pity that the parking is charged after 5 mnt.

I liked the restaurant, breakfast buffet, pool area and lobby.

The bed sheets not clean old ones plus there was cockroaches in the toilet.

Clean room, complete amenities. Amazing sfaff at reception and restaurant, shout out to Mbak Rika for letting us continue eating even after 10 :)

Drainage in the sink is not smooth. Receptionist didn't care when we in the queued, even though she was not busy. She didn't give us parking ticket even though she asked our car number.

Definitely above average in Jakarta. I have been in other international brand hotels in Jakarta too, but this one really stands out for the price. 1. The stuff is very helpful and the room service really quick. 2. The room and all other public areas are clean and serviced very well 3. The room has all amenities and nothing was broken or not working. Even though the superior room I have been in was not really large it had all I needed and expected for a week. 4. Great breakfast with huge choice

The neighborhood offers only a few restaurants and isn't near any public rapid transit opportunity or landmark. This means it's only a good hotel for people who really need to stay in or near Bekasi.

The rooms are well designed. Lot of shelves to but bags an other items. Indomarts and food places with in walking distance.

it has very good neat deco so its quite spacious for me and the room are so clean (such a plus) the design are modern aesthetic, briefly its nice and comfortable so it was a very pleasant stay

room wasn’t soundproof enough so i can still hear noises from outside (such as door closing to hard, running kids, some chatter especially on the corridor).
