The pool is amazing, very long and cleaned every day. For those who like long pools, will be very entertained because the length of the pool is more than 50m. The room is also quite spacious and clean. The balcony is also convenient for enjoying the mountain and hotel views. The variety of food is quite a lot.

This hotel is located within a complex and a golf course, so it's very convenient to walk around the hotel, but I couldn't find a place to hang out within walking distance. All needs can be met from this hotel so you don't really need to look outside, but if you want to look for something else, you need more effort.

The breakfast was wonderful. The foods in restaurant are tasty. We really enjoyed the breakfasts and dinner in the hotel.

The water at swimming pool a bit claudy. It seems it needs more circulation and cleaning.

the staffs are not friendly, I was here 2 years ago and still no change , starting from the staffs at loading area , restaurants and all housekeeping , need to be trained for service education with smile and helpful

The staff were very accommodating - extra towels, extra bathrobe, air freshener were provided. The restaurant staff and the maintenance were also very friendly. The receptionist was welcoming and engaging.

The smell of the room upon arrival. It was reeking of cigarettes so I requested a freshener. My suggestion is to air the room well and perhaps put on the AC two hours upon confirmed check in time.
